Mickael was a super guide and took us on a lovely walk through San Sebastian. A beautiful city- and amazing tapas and wine. We got to choose three tapas per place visited- so lots of options.

We enjoyed this trip very much with an extremely knowledgeable guide. Michel, our guide knows the history of this Basque country and the ins and outs of San Sebastian. He explained in detail the difference between tapas and pintxos, brought us to three great tapas places. The city is also beautiful and with a very interesting history.

Thank you Mickael for a wonderful tour of the Basque countryside! The tour was extremely informative and we visited several lovely Northern Basque towns that we would otherwise have missed. And the local cuisine we sampled was delicious! Mickael was very attentive to everyone and ensured we were all enjoying the afternoon. Highly recommend to anyone.

We went on two different tours with Mickael last week and were simply delighted. There were only two of us on the tour to Bidard, Guétary, and St. Jean de Luz so we really had a deluxe PERSONAL tour. Mickael, being born and raised in Basque country was the most knowledgeable, interesting, and personable guide possible. Sharing lots of stories about Basque culture, he gave us a great insight into what makes this part of France/Spain tick. Highlight-a private pelota lesson given to us by Mickael--a former French champion. Our trip to San Sebastian was equally wonderful.

We recently enjoyed the half-day tour of Basque villages with Mickael and spent a really wonderful afternoon exploring the countryside around Biarritz. My friend and I joined 3 other tourists, and our guide was very good at creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for the experience. The tour offered some excellent cultural & historical detail which really helped us to understand the Basque traditions, as well as providing lovely, unique activities - playing pelota, walking tours of the villages and sampling the local produce. I would definitely recommend this as one of the best ways to enjoy your time here and gain insight to the region. Thanks again to Mickael for his enthusiastic and informative guidance. Cheers!
