Good value wine tour for people on a budget or time poor. Visited 2 wineries, good explanations & tastings. Nothing flash but a nice half day trip.

Definitely worth a quick stop. Very friendly staff and good maps with different options for self-guided walking tours depending on how long you have. No bathroom here, though. You'll have to use the public toilet nearby. Very close to Quinconces Esplanade.
Did some research before we travelled and asked the tourist office to post out brochures etc. Worked very well. When we visited the office it was very busy and lots of queues. Gift shop seems to take up the most space. Booked hour long sightseeing...More

We thank you for your comment and are sorry to hear that your experience wasn't what you expected. We hope this won't stop you from making another trip to Bordeaux as we would be happy to welcome you back. Best regards,

Pleasant and helpful people but mostly a place to buy tickets to attractions and souvenirs. Inquired about bathroom and was told to use public toilet across the street.More
Hello, We thank you for your post and apologize for all the inconvenience you experienced. Public toilets are indeed available very close by the tourist Office, across the street, as the number of visitors (6000 a day in summer) prevent us from proposing this service...More
We went in to find out about getting the bus to Cite Fruges and the lady we spoke to was so helpful. She spoke excellent English (our French is pretty basic). She gave us bus timetables and maps and it was much appreciated.
