Being wine novices we thought that a tour would be a good way to learn a bit about wine and the region. We were collected from tourist info office by Remi, who took us to two different wine producing chateauxs where we were shown around by a different guide at each one. The tour was very informative, Remi was very... More

LOVED my Bordovino bike tour! I joined a group of 8 to cycle to 2 vineyards. We picked up bikes from the visitor center in St. Emilion and biked for about 45 minutes to the first chateau. The 5 course lunch we had at Chateau Siaurac was one of my best meals of the trip! Incredible gazpacho, basil ice cream,... More

Bordovino's tour was relaxing and fun. It wasn't too snobbish (imo, some wine tours are). The tour guides introduce you some of the best Bordeaux wines and tell a lot of interesting details about wine making and the area. Our tour guide Yan was easygoing and he knew very well wines and the Bordeaux region. Oh, and the wines were... More

Really enjoyed our afternoon tour of two vineyards and the historic village of St Emilion with Julie as our guide. She spoke near perfect English and provided just enough information to entertain and inform us without overloading us with detail. We visited two very different vineyards, Chateau La Crozille and Chateau Soutard, and were introduced to the wine-making process and... More

We were quite disappointed with our tour, which we were really looking forward to. It could have been amazing, as the chateau's we visited were lovely. We opted for the full day tour - 2 vineyards in the morning, lunch and 2 more in the afternoon. We left with Julie (who was very good) on time and our first chateau... More

Dear foddie_wanderlus, I am very concerned about your bad feelings on your tour with us. I saw Julie and Remi who were your guides that day. What we understand of your feedback is that the lunch problem spoiled the rest of your day. The fact is that we have no trace of any special requirements about your food allergy when... More

My first visit to Bordeaux, so I called into the Tourist Office for some guidance on where to visit and what to see. I found out there were several tours to take, (I took both a bus tour and walking tour of the city which were both great at giving a snapshot of the history and orientation of the city).... More

My fiancé and I booked the half day afternoon tour the morning of tour. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive and we were not disappointed! Berit was our guide and she is very experienced and knowledgeable about Bordeaux, the region and history as well as the winemaking process and history. The transportation was very comfortable and roomy and with such a... More
