The second location for the EU parliament to waste money on. What other organisation in the world has 2 headquarters? Having said that an impressive piece of architecture.

We turned up as three individuals for the guided visit in English at the parliament and the whole procedure was very smooth. Security took a short while to pass through but it is quicker if everyone has their passports as their form of ID. The...More

The building is marvelous and we had a very interesting conducted tour. We learned that they were another 2 buildings for the parliament in Brussels and in Luxemburg. It is wrong to be waste in the time of Euroskeptism.

We were a group of 7 and did not book online. We showed up a few minutes before 3:00 for the English tour, and there was only room for 3 more (already 50+ people had shown up before us). So definitely book online before you...More

Enormous and beautiful building, eventually you can go inside to watch the deputees discuss in different languages, very funny. There is a small shop and some touch screens for information. Passing by the security control is not easy but worth it.

Only saw this building by boat (not sure if you can have a tour of it) and really it did nothing for my wife or I. It is just a very large glass building on the banks of the river, a great piece of architecture...More

Brexit maybe a shame as that means one less reason to sea a quite beautiful building. Worth a visit in Strasbourg. Nice architecture.

This late 20th century building, symbol of the European Union, was built to resemble the ancient Roman Colosseum in its now partially ruined state. The symbolism draws one of the few historical precedents to a European wide political entity; the other two were the Holy...More

Best seen on boat tour on the outskirts of town where diplomatic concerns are discussed. Lacks the grace and high style of other modern buildings, but it serves as a place to preserve world peaceMore

I guess you need to plan your visit in advance. I tried to go there on a Saturday afternoon just to take pictures, not planning to go inside, but all ways were blocked. Walking around was not possible. No possibility to even get closer to...More

The security is there. You are checked and you are allowed to enter the inner court for a quick self-tour. Entering the building is only for delegations and MEPs.
