Interesting building

In a newer part of Strasbourg, the architecture is modern and stands out from the old parts of the town.

On our recent stay in Strasbourg we went to see the European Parliament. It was Ok but you will have much better options if you choose other attractions.

It was not my first time visitng the EP, but it always gives the same historic chill - this is where most of Europe is made. I love the building, the staircases, the plenary room, the smaller rooms for debates, the translation booths, the flag area. Also the guided tour is perfect for better understanding the EU - though we... More

Next to Brussels, Strasbourg is a main point of designing and passing EU legislation since the European Parliament is there. The building itself is marvellous and the surrounding area very beuatiful as well.

We stopped by the European Parliament on our way back to Frankfurt just to see it. There were a lot of protestors around and we couldn't get any information about whether there were tours available inside. We walked around the building and ate our breakfast we brought from the bakery. It is beautiful with the water, but not very worth... More

French architects are not great when it comes to design and colors. A lot of black walls and when not black an incredible mix of odd colors - no "clean" colors and no harmony. Furniture ugly and clumsy and not comfortable. Toilets too small to close doors if you are not a midget. This especially goes for the Louise Weiss... More

Wonderful and must see while visiting Strasbourg. The European Parliament is definately on our best sights. By boat as the Parliament is surrounded by water it is even better to discover its view and transparency during summer times. Happy Sharing Happy Inside

We saw this building whilst on a coach tour. It was nice (in a strange way) to see the building responsible for the EU. I'm not sure if there are tours inside but if there are, I am sure they will be charged!

I liked the building - it is in modern style, lost of glass, on both sides of the river with a connecting bridge. Park nearby
