We stopped by the European Parliament on our way back to Frankfurt just to see it. There were a lot of protestors around and we couldn't get any information about whether there were tours available inside. We walked around the building and ate our breakfast we brought from the bakery. It is beautiful with the water, but not very worth... More

French architects are not great when it comes to design and colors. A lot of black walls and when not black an incredible mix of odd colors - no "clean" colors and no harmony. Furniture ugly and clumsy and not comfortable. Toilets too small to close doors if you are not a midget. This especially goes for the Louise Weiss... More

Wonderful and must see while visiting Strasbourg. The European Parliament is definately on our best sights. By boat as the Parliament is surrounded by water it is even better to discover its view and transparency during summer times. Happy Sharing Happy Inside

We saw this building whilst on a coach tour. It was nice (in a strange way) to see the building responsible for the EU. I'm not sure if there are tours inside but if there are, I am sure they will be charged!

I liked the building - it is in modern style, lost of glass, on both sides of the river with a connecting bridge. Park nearby

The official seat of the European Parliament is an imposing glass structure. It's location over the river provides an amazing view both from outside as well as from inside. The reflection of the trees, the river and the sunrise or sunset on the multitude glass windows as well as the reflection of the building on the river itself is something... More

It was quite surprise to know how the parliament member decide every matter of European lives. It was fast. The building is also well built to reflect the European unity and their contribution to the world's problem. It also consider the saving energy style and and green environment. The food in the cafeteria was also delicious.

We went past one morning very early in a barge. This was one of the very few places we saw a lot of squatters. Surprising?

We had gone as part of a coach tour as guests of our MEP and this was the "obligatory" part of the trip. The official who spoke to our group was friendly and obliging but possibly not the most knowledgeable on the day, but he sent a message to our tour organiser afterwards with answers to the questions he hadn't...
