Me and my work colleague come here every time we get an opportunity for lunch as we work in the nearby offices. Paul is an amazing server and a credit to the restaurant! He's always happy and so friendly to us, despite sometimes having an evidently tough shift. We'll be back as always because of his lovely service.

Just had a lovely light lunch here. Outstanding! Fantastic service and the food was amazing. I had the BLT sandwich and Victorian Lemonade. Simple and perfect. Great atmosphere, very relaxing and really enjoyed it.

HOME is a fantastic, modern venue showcasing a wide variety of art! My recent trips have included Hedwig and the Angry Inch on stage, and Swan Song in the cinema. Check out what’s on!

Alas I didnt check and found there wasnt an exhibition on. Never mind it is a great space and of course a very decent cafe. Really nice staff and very decent coffee. Will revisit next time when there is an exhibition. In a nice modern area and quiet.

This place shows some mind blowing films. They have regular foreign/historical and themed seasons. I’m the cinema guy not the theatre guy so I can’t comment on the theatre. Last November I went to an award ceremony in Southwark, London and it struck that the chattering classes of Chorlton and Didsbury have arranged it so that the Southbank Centre has been rebuilt in Manchester! It’s a fantastic venue that I love spending time in. If I was a council tax payer in Rochdale or Wigan I’d be questioning slightly why my taxes were going to fund a cinema for affluent people in Victorian Villas in South Manchester.

Visited for a coffee as our favourite vegan cafe Vertigo was closed. Staff were very rude, we were cornered on entering as one of us didn’t have a mask, while several members of staff strolled around without. Staff at the bar looked like they couldn’t be bothered, zero customer service and an attitude. Will not return

Went at weekend to see Bourgeois and Maurice. Great show with 3 guest acts, would definitely recommend. The theatre is lovely and easy to get to on the tram. Prices for alcohol was reasonable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. A great theatre and will visit again.

When other cinemas are bending over backwards to help customers, this place penalises disabled people when health problems prevent them from going to see their pre-booked films.
As a disabled person, I can't afford to waste money but this place have decided to keep £11 of my money. That money-grabbing, short-sighted behaviour has lost you money in the long-term as I won't be visiting again.

Best place to watch a film in Manchester. Cheap, friendly staff, and always showing the films not showing at the bigger chains.

We visited this restaurant on a short family city break to Manchester. We attended with a friend who attends frequently and is a big fan. We were really impressed with the quality of food, we thought it punched above its weight for the price. The Manchester Tart for dessert was particularly good. Staff were friendly, especially with my 5 year old and the kids menu was great. The decor and the feel of the restaurant were very special.
