A gem hidden away in the heart of Manchester. This is a thoroughly informative attraction that offers something for all the family. Although opening times are limited it's well worth finding the time to visit.

The staff / volunteers were only too happy to help. They gave lots of interesting stories as well as allowing you to try out policing equipment. All rooms and displays were clearly presented and informative. Would recommend, even to people who are not usually fans of museums.

The museum is a good place for tourists to visit. The volunteers are very friendly and helpful. They are good story-tellers and have lots of interesting things to say. They answered all our questions. We were a big group and everyone was very happy.
