overall a lovely looking pub and a great atmosphere. however, food wasn’t great and staff didn’t really seem to know what they were doing, rather expensive aswell.

The 8 oz. sirloin steak & chips & seasonal vegetables & mushroom and onion rings will cost you £16. This palatable if stake was not as dry and as tough as olde boot. The frozen chips were tasteless and the vegetables and mushrooms were so...More

We had beef roast and a vegetarian one and they were both excellent. The crumble as well. The children were also happy with their meals. Good service and good location!

Visited for the first time for food and drinks. Welcoming pub and staff. Live music Friday and impressed that manager adjusted volume to enable our conversation. Food tasty hot and served in good portions. Will certainly be going back there!

This is a really nice place to hang out....for drinks. Very comfortable, clean and good service, but the food is really poor. It's mostly pre-made, microwaved and not a fresh vegetable in sight. It's what you'd expect at a 'Spoons pub, but for twice the...More

Quaint venue with lovely ambiance and decor. Only had a couple of beers here but would have eaten too apart from the fact we had already had food. Worth a visit.
