So once again we took a stroll around Debdale Park, the reservoirs and the lanes. It’s a favourite moment of ours. We love that we have so much tranquility in the middle of our city. There are birds, flowers and peace when you walk this...More

Used McDonald's toilets which is just a 2 minute walk from the park, great to take dogs walking, play area needed a clean though as a lot of litter made the place look a mess. Not a bad park but needs more TLC

We went for a walk around the reservoirs and then round Debdale Park to get some fresh air and exercise. The only people we saw were dog walkers and a couple of joggers. It was peaceful and lovely. The Donkey Sanctuary had some activity and...More

Great park to have a walk around when the grass isn't 6 feet tall..... sadly neglected most of the time due to cutbacks in the Parks Department. Sign of the times. Plenty of space for picnics and watching the boats on the lake. Excellent McDonalds...More

You generally not come Manchester to view this, but you actually loose a lot if you don't. One of the best parks, amazing lakes, lot of activities to do. A bit far from the city centre though.

There are lots of open fields and then there is the embankment on the reservoir where we have seen little picnics. But I’m unsure about barbecue sorry. Best bet is to ring the park 0161 223 5182
