If shopping in the nearby stores, this place is a good place to go on dry days to be able to sit and relax for a while, good for people watching too!

On a nice day I like to sit on the concrete benches in St. Ann's Square and watch the world go by. The buskers do ruin it sometimes though, it would be good if there was some quality control. A bit of Spanish guitar instead...More

Very nice square which is flanked by the exchange theatre and a lovely church. Popular with bunkers and people watching.

A lovely square in the City centre, with St Ann's church in one corner. The Royal exchange theatre is nearby has some pleasant cafes, and a war memorial statue in the centre.

A beautiful church with stained glass windows that offers a place of tranquility and silent prayer in the centre of Manchester. Certainly worth a visit and to marvel at the architecture. Lovely to see people being welcomed into the church for coffee.

A lovely square and once the pivotal centre for the flowers of the Manchester bombing. Sit and enjoy the bustle or even visit St Annes Church to give thanks for such beauty.

Just a short stroll from exchange square this equals but with a little more style. Smaller in size and at the far end the lovely chapel/church of St Anne.

A lovely church to look around in the square. We luckily entered whilst the Manchester Singers were rehearsing for a concert so sat and listened for about 15 minutes. They were amazing and super acoustics in the church too.
