My son and I visited this much loved institution on Saturday 13th July and it all started well in the dinosaur section. Things started to go a bit wrong when we went upstairs and were greeted by some really poor displays, including one marked "peace"...More

Great Natural History Museum, but very small compared with London. It was easy to find and has a gift shop to buy gifts.

This museum is worth a visit with some interesting exhibitions (and a dinosaur) though we didn’t spend long there and it doesn’t compare to the London Natural History Museum. Worth a look if you have time to kill in Manchester.

We decided to visit this museum on a Friday recently, it was somewhat busy, but not overcrowded. The museum itself mainly has an emphasis on fossils, taxidermy and a section dedicated to amphibians and reptiles. The museum was well structured and full of information to...More

I parked in university car park D on higher Cambridge street which is only 5mins walk away. It’s a pay and display but price wasn’t ridiculous
