I've been here many times over the last 40odd years and I don't mind it. It's had something of an overhaul, some of it for the better, but it is still an old building. There are still queues for the loos - you have to be on your marks! - and the bar prices are high. I think the bars... More

Great band. Otherwise lacking in enjoyment. Pity Tommy Steele hadn't retired gracefully before . It needed more life.

Have been here many many times to see lots of different shows.Always found it easy to get in and out however busy and pleased to report that there are more ladies toilets in here !!!!! On this occasion we had seats in the upper tier which we found comfortable enough but which I would not reccomend to older infirm people... More

Amazing show went with my daughter today Loved it from the minute it started the cast are sooooooo good Brenda Edwards gave me goose bumps. Claire Sweeney played Velma vin tussle brilliantly.

Vist here regularly last time to watch jesus christ superster it is another beautiful theater if you haven't been give it a try pick a good show and away you go.

Came here with family to watch Hairspray, it was fantastic and kept you fully entertained for the 2.5hr performance. We all had a wonderful night. Thank you. All the cast too were amazing!

I visited the Palace Theatre with my wife on Monday 26th October to watch the musical "Hairspray". This review is not based upon the show itself, merely the venue - as it should be. I must say the whole experience was shambolic. How does this theatre operate on a day to day basis? None of the front of house staff... More

After trying to book tickets on line for the bodyguard. ..I gave up and went to the Palace booking office.My friend and I were served really well by Stuart Davies,who was very pleasant and very helpful and found excellent seats...will do that every time in future!!!

I live in NYC. I have to say the palace shows are just as good if not better than the ones on Broadway. Amazing talent ! Excellent seats very professional staff. If you have the opportunity to visit here go see a show. You won't be sorry!

Over the weekend we had gone to see 1984 but it wasn't as grand as we'd hoped, however Whilst collecting tickets, we were served by Paul who was dealing with an elderly lady booking seats for another show. The box office was so loud and jam packed that the lady was have trouble competing with everyone else. Paul was kind... More
