Brilliant day out! Unfortunately we didn’t get a training induction session as promised, but hey ho. It wasn’t too busy, so they said, but there were lots of people there. ( Saturday late afternoon). I rang up earlier and was told that it was open till 8pm, so was surprised to hear that over the tannoys it was closing at 7pm.

The Dodgeball - there were no balls, so it was hard to play that game, but everything else was fun.

A high recommendation- would go again!!

Recent reviews nearly put me off, I honestly don't know why people are leaving such negative reviews. I took a 6 year old, 10 year old and a 13 year old. We had an absolutely great 2 hrs and it flew by. They all want to go back again. Your kids will love this place.

Yes it's not perfectly clean but it's a kids play area I didn't see anything that was off putting.
Saw sone complaints about the staff being young ? Not sure why that's negative thing. They all seemed friendly enough to the children.

This trampoline park is amazing. It has amazing trampoline activities like ninja training and the really steep but incredible ninja slide alog with lazer and other obstacle courses. Or if you just want to bounce they have standalone trampolines for that as well. However, do not eat there as food prices are quite dear and bot very good. For my family of 5 I paid over £60 for food and drink including slushes, cheese burgers, hot dog, bacon nachos and a pepperoni pizza. The burger patty was dry and uninspiring, the hot dog was tough to chew on and the pizza had a strange metallic flavour. Only the bacon nachos were all right to eat, only because of all the salsa and sour cream on it. If you come here, avoid the restaurant, and if you need to go there only buy the drinks where necessary. Other than that, great trampoline park!

Hi Nguyen, We're glad that your overall experience was a positive one. We're quite proud of our food standards here at Flip Out & we're sorry to hear that you have been left disappointed by them on this occasion, hopefully this wont prevent you from eating with us again. I have passed your feedback onto the cafe manager also. We hope to see you again very soon

A few days ago, myself, my partner and 2 of our friends booked to visit Flip Out…

We had booked for 6pm, before we arrived at flip out we planned to spend the day in the Trafford centre. As we were driving from the Trafford centre to flip out, the traffic was horrendous (understandable for the time of day mid week) we knew we would be late, so respectfully we rang flip out to say we were so sorry but we will be slightly late.

We had pre-paid for 4 adults, and we were in no means expecting a refund or any money back as we the traffic was no one’s fault and can’t be helped, however…

We arrived at 6:15, my partner was looking for his phone and as we were walking to go in, a man opened the door and said ‘if you’re coming in, my manager said to be quick’! Now all 4 of us work in hospitality in a 5* hotel, and if we ever dared speak to any PAYING guest this way, I would be truly embarrassed!

We went inside and apologised for being late, there was no welcome, no conversation, and no interaction besides a young man abruptly asking if we’ve all filled out a disclaimer. Before any of us had chance to say a word, the worker said we need to be quick and fill in the terms and agreements and read through health & safety, fair enough. However, 3/5 iPads that you need to use to fill in the forms were either broken or missing.

After ticking boxes without reading the health and safety guidelines etc, due to staff were rushing us, we got out socks and made our way into the main area.

It was nothing but RANCID. Food on the floor, tissues on the benches, the lockers had sticky handles and most of them weren’t working. That’s a major worry, as lockers are there to put valuables and personal belongings somewhere safe, right?

The trampolines themselves were fine, but it all was neglected. Staff were no where to be seen, except a group of them on the upstairs area just sat on their phones.

Toilets needed a good clean and that’s being polite!

Overall, as paying customers, we felt as though we were nothing but a burden. Staff have no personal skills and couldn’t even give a simple, friendly welcome.

First time we’ve ever been to flip out, can say we won’t be returning.

Let’s hope other guests don’t get spoken to the way we did on our visit.

I had booked a birthday party for my daughter for 3pm. 1 week before the party i was told the party was at 4pm, not 3pm.

On the day of the party, I received a call at 3:15pm asking why I was not at the party booked at 3pm.

When we arrived at the party -

* I was told there was no party room available and that the children could jump for 2 hours and then have a party room after. The party was for children aged 5 to 6 years old and no parent in their right mind would allow this.
" as there was no party room there was no party host and no unlimited drinks. We and our guests ended up buying drinks in the cafe.
* we were offered free slushies as a good will gesture (though these are part of the birthday package)
* the venue was short staffed, poorly organised and run by kids who don't care.
* the children ended up having their food in the cafe area, with the food coming out in dribs and drabs.

I have since put in a formal complaint and no one has replied or acknowledged it. I made the complaint nearly 2 months ago and have chased them and still had no response.

I would not recommend this place at all. It's run by people who don't care what experience you have and don't value you as a customer. I definitely won't be returning and neither will the children and the parents who attended the party.

Truly disappointed after visiting this morning. We have been before and a had a great time and now it’s totally gone down hill. After paying for my children were told some of the attractions were closed for the day. The place was packed, totally filthy and very little to do. The laser room was broken, no balls in the dodgeball area. All other areas apart from the trampolines we’re closed off despite being half term and lots of children. Such a shame used to be a fun trip and now would not want to go ahead as my kids got bored after 10 minutes

We had the morning from hell here. It was my son's birthday and it was awful from start to finish and completely ruined the whole day. The place is run by kids who have no customer service skills and look like they don't even want to be there!

We arrived for our 11am session and went to the lockers to put our belongings to find hardly any of the lockers worked! It took us 20 minutes to find a locker that actually worked. This mean we were wasting our session time. We asked members of staff what the problem with the lockers were but none were helpful and just walked off!! I went to tell the manager about the locker situation, at first he said there was no problem with the lockers!! He was very intimidating and aggressive. He then went on to say ASD kids had been in earlier in the morning and had apparently been "messing around and probably broke the lockers." As a mother of 2 autistic children I found this very offensive. Instead of apologising he was blaming autistic kids!!

When we actually moved over to the trampolines, I was disgusted how dirty the place was!! There was food all over the trampolines, everything looked so run down. The lazer room wasn't working either. The whole place was just dark and dingy. All the machines in the arcade were broken. We paid a lot of money for the tickets for everything to be broken! What a joke. We ended up leaving early and very disappointed!

I couldn't wait to get out of there and will never visit again. The whole place needs new staff who are not kids and a total revamp and clean! Avoid avoid avoid!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I booked on the 14th June however needed to cancel it so I emailed on the same day. I never got any response. I called up and was told I would be issued a refund however I hadn’t got one. I’ve called several times and been told to email again but again never got any response. Any time I’ve been on the phone with them they’ve been extremely rude and said they don’t issue refunds when it clearly states in their FAQ’s on their website that they do. I’ve done what I could on my part by emailing and calling however I’ve never had the issue resolved and I’ve never got my money back, it’s always the same response ‘we’ll get someone to look into it for you’ but no one has. It’s 28th July now so it’s been over a month and I’ve still not got my refund.

My son had a brilliant time here as usual. There is so much for him to do, and he loves his visits here. However, I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time we were here. Not one spectator wore a face covering. The tables were not cleared of rubbish, and were certainly not cleaned or sanitised between hourly visits by different cohorts. It was impossible to maintain a social distance in the spectator area due to large groups gathering around tables and encroaching into each other’s space. I am not an anxious person when it comes to COVID, but I felt that for people here today, it was as if the virus had never existed. It would be good if the venue could deploy more staff to the cafe and spectator area to carry out more frequent, regular cleaning, as well as to politely ask groups to keep two metres’ distance from others.

Flip out used to be amazing Place to take our children for their autism sessions on a Sunday.
However the place has become more run down and disgusting every week!
It is covered is mess and dirt, I’ve witness children being sick on trampolines, adults wearing no socks, food on the floor, looks like it’s never cleaned or tidied and in these covid times it’s a disgrace.
The staff are appalling, a bunch of kids having a laugh with no regard for health or safety.
The Autism sessions are totally abused by the session afterwards participants turning up early and ruining what should be a safe, quiet and understanding session
NEVER AGAIN!!
