My son had a brilliant time here as usual. There is so much for him to do, and he loves his visits here. However, I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time we were here. Not one spectator wore a face covering. The tables were not cleared of rubbish, and were certainly not cleaned or sanitised between hourly visits by different cohorts. It was impossible to maintain a social distance in the spectator area due to large groups gathering around tables and encroaching into each other’s space. I am not an anxious person when it comes to COVID, but I felt that for people here today, it was as if the virus had never existed. It would be good if the venue could deploy more staff to the cafe and spectator area to carry out more frequent, regular cleaning, as well as to politely ask groups to keep two metres’ distance from others.

Don’t bother! They take your money then refuse a refund when they can’t supply the service due to covid19 even though we are legally entitled to a refund. Got offered “flip out credits” even though I’ve been told by “Sal”there’s no money in the bank only assets and the future is uncertain, meaning the credits would be useless as they would be unusable if the business goes under. The attitude and the way the member of staff spoke to me was absolutely vile, they don’t respond to emails and yet again I’m still waiting for the return call I was promised over 2 weeks ago! If I used a service and didn’t pay I would be accused of theft and breaking the law yet somehow they can take my money and refuse to give it back and that’s okay, even though the consumer rights act say they should give a full refund. So unless you want to be left out of pocket and spoken to like dirt then avoid at all costs! Absolutely not worth the stress or drama!

Wouldn’t visit here again, paid £11 each then £2 for socks.. 6 of us visited. The staff are rude, to busy talking to each other. Different areas are no supervised. Asked to go on the slide and had to wait 15 minutes, asked for the total wipeout twice to be told in 10 minutes, the third time I asked the manager said it will be open in twenty minutes, I told them I’ve already waited twenty minutes to be told he will check the cctv. The lazer area was off, only when I told one of the workers we went and fixed it leaving 15 minutes of the hour play ! Dodge ball area with no dodge balls. Definitely visit a different trampoline park!

Brilliant day out! Unfortunately we didn’t get a training induction session as promised, but hey ho. It wasn’t too busy, so they said, but there were lots of people there. ( Saturday late afternoon). I rang up earlier and was told that it was open till 8pm, so was surprised to hear that over the tannoys it was closing at 7pm. The Dodgeball - there were no balls, so it was hard to play that game, but everything else was fun. A high recommendation- would go again!!

The place itself was ok but by the time you have to but their socks which was annoying as my son had sufficent socks for trapolining it took it to over £11.00 for 1 hour. Some other childrens behaviour left a lot to be desired spoiling it. We waited over an hour for food which was decidedly bog standard. There were clearly not enough kitchen staff. I have been to better places wont rush back.
