Enjoyed a nice meal here. Lovely old pub, reasonable prices. Beware though, we got there at 6.30p.m.on a Wednesday, the time they start serving food and had the choice of two tables so it would be better to book.

Our tour guide recommended this quaint typical English Countryside Inn restaurant. The decor has a certain comfortable warm style and the service, despite the rush is efficient. We enjoyed the Calamari & Fish & Chips along with the local Pint Hooky.

We visited the Eight Bells for an evening meal during a holiday visit. The venue was quaint and full of old world charm. It was very busy that evening, but we managed to get a large table in the bar area with our dog. I have had some absolutely delicious food around the Cotswolds and this was actually one of... More

Called in because we heard dogs were allowed and we weren't disappointed. Unfortunately food want being served at the time we arrived, 3pm. There is a lunch menu that had finished then evening meals started at 6.30pm! A lovely place, very clean, friendly staff and of course dogs allowed. Will call back sometime for food!

Very good food (sausages and mashed potatoes), good beers, nicer than typical old setting. Be warned: the portions are enormous...

Decided to have a light lunch at the Eight Bells following a five mile walk around Chipping Camden. Lovely pub, great atmosphere, friendly staff. I was however shocked by the size of the starter portion of asparagus and leek quiche that was served to myself and another friend. I was served a segment of no-more than 4 cm wide at... More

The food is traditional pub grub. The decor inside the pub part is as you'd expect at a typical English pub - great for tourists. The restaurant is a bit more modern. We always felt welcome here and the service was friendly if a little slow at times. We'd return if we were in the area.
