We had a lovely day out here with two young boys who really enjoyed seeing the animals. The walk through area with the wallabies and their joeys was lovely to see. We really loved the giraffes, lions and the polar bears. We got a great deal through living social and decided to treat ourselves to dinner there - I wish... More

The Yorkshire Wildlife Park is probably the best wildlife park I have ever been to. We took our 6 and 4 year old grandchildren and they loved it as much as we did. The animals have enormous enclosures that give them plenty of room to roam. Consequently, they all look in tip-top condition, and behave as one would imagine they... More

Just got back from having a brilliant time at this zoo. We went with our grandchildren as a holiday treat and they loved it. Being 8 and 9 they are starting to be hard to please but this attraction hit the spot perfectly. There is something for everyone no matter how hard it is to satisfy the children. Some may... More

The surroundings are well thought out, though we're not finished when we visited. The enclosures were attractive and good viewing with lots of animals to see

Lots to see, great indoor play area. Expensive day out for the whole family. Better to take a picnic on a nice day.

I had been meaning to see the park for some time and finally managed to get there. It's easy to find and plenty of parking. It is quite expensive, as 2 OAPs my friend and I did get a small reduction. As expected you can get into the shop before you get to the animals, but there are some nice... More

My brother and I think we know this place, but then it changes again the next time we visit. That's good because we can see where our entrance fee is being spent and it never gets boring. It's amazing. I love the giraffes, polar bears, tigers, meerkats, baboons, marmosets etc etc etc ........ and can't wait for the rhino to... More

Excellent play areas , lots of areas to have a picnic, animals all looked healthy. We walked over 4 miles in the 4 hours we were there, so make sure you've got comfy shoes and a pushchair if you've got a little person. Was expensive to get in, but food inside was reasonably priced - mr whippy style ice cream... More

What a great day out the animals all had lots of space the lion enclosure was huge but you still get great sights of them. Up close and personal with wallabies and monkeys. There was lots to see and the walkways around the enclosures work well. Very clean seen hardly any rubbish laying around. Plenty of eating and picnic areas,... More

Booked this for my wife's birthday online and the whole booking process was very easy with the helpful staff. You do need to book well ahead as its very popular. The vip ticket included park tickets, a meal in the restaurant 2 hours with a keeper and a info/gift pack. We had our experience booked for the afternoon slot which... More
