A roomy pub inside. 12 Real ales & a few ciders on offer. Not noticed anything changed since my previous visit. A few papers to peruse. TV’s showing horse racing at the time. A relaxing visit.

12 ales & 2 ciders available on our visit. Friendly lady behind the bar. Drinks were nice, as were the ham salad cobs. Cheese & onion also available too. £1.50 each. Nice low level good back ground music playing, I kept singing away happily. Few TV’s dotted about showing various sports. Some books on the far window sill to peruse, by the dart board area. The pub is very spacious inside.…

Very friendly, many locals. Quieter most evenings on weekdays then very lively from Friday. Also great any day after noon. Recommended.

Nice ham salad cobs. Good range of real ales. Fire on at opposite end of this big pub. 2 TV’s on showing football & horse racing. Adult only pub so can relax without screaming kids. 3 TV’s dotted about showing sport.
