Lovely part of lancaster highly recommend. I come to lancaster regularly for work and on my day off a college suggested this place, I wasn't let down . Lots of parking and toilets and a cafe , then there is lots to take in from the memorial itself to the surrounding park its just beautiful. I will be returning again as soon as I can

Always a lovely place to walk around. Fantastic views to the sea from the kids park and other viewpoints. COVID secure cafe as well. A great place to visit.

The park is delightful with incredible views over Lancaster and Morecambe Bay to the Lake District hills beyond. The cafe is operating in a Covid secure way, although when I visited in September it was all outside. This was fine for us, we had takeaway drinks and snacks. There was also a vintage ice cream van in the park serving local dairy ice cream - wonderful! There are two main play areas for children, both with great equipment, and both have hand sanitiser available.

We’ve been here many times before & a lovely park with lots of green space areas. Sadly butterfly house & mini zoo/animals not open due to COVID-19.
