My grandson had a Birthday party there today which was absolutely awful. Ovens had broken down so all they got was one sandwich each. No one interacted with the children , supposed to have a monkey that comes out and didn’t appear. When you ring up all they offer is a return visit which when it is a birthday party that is absolutely ridiculous. They charge a lot of money but when that is paid they don’t seem interested in giving a good time.

We have been to energi a few times. Usually, it is very busy when we go and the kids have had a good time. However, my son went with cubs on a mon night when it was relatively quiet. This meant that some of the older kids were doing lots of backflips. Unfortunately, one of these kids back flipped onto my son - knocking him over and breaking his ankle. At the time, the marshal told me the older kid shouldn't have been doing that. But when I later spoke to them to express my concerns, they told me that what the older child was doing was acceptable and safe. Not sure how something can be safe that results in a younger children having a broken ankle - but apparently that is part of the risk.

Good fun but very expensive £8.95 an hour plus a mandatory £1.50 to buy their 'special' socks! 5 kids and cost me £52.25 for the hour!! Can be quite dangerous if there are alot of kids in one area, read their waiver to get an idea of the risks involved.

Thankyou for your review. Our socks are £1.50 for good quality grip socks, and you buy them so that you can use them again each time you come. We have lots of Marshalls on our Arena to keep you safe and 20,000 square feet of trampolines, airbag, dodgeball etc. We have over 35 staff working in the Park during busy periods and this is why we charge £8.95. We are no more expensive than any other trampoline park in the Country and cheaper than many. I am very glad that your children had a good time. We are local ourselves to Preston and that is why we opened it, because we felt that other cities have lots for children and wanted to bring something to our own City.

I made an error on my booking, my fault, but did despite putting in Wimslow I only realised I had booked Preston when the email came through. I have tried going via there contacts on the website, I have emailed twice, I have called multiple times, I have left a message on a voice mail which promised a call back within 3 hours and so far I have had no response at all. They may not be able to do anything but find it amazing I can't get a response from anyone. No better luck trying to contact Wilmslow where the message says no one can take a call and you cant leave a message.

My son absolutely enjoyed it and keeps asking to come back.. Which is a great accomplishment considering he has ADHD AND AUTISM...he struggles with new people and places but the staff were great and definitely went beyond the scope to help keep Daniel entertained.. Definitely worth the visit.

My daughter broke her leg on her first every trip to this trampoline park. It was a birthday party and there was no health and safety advice given prior to the children engaging in the activity. They allowed full grown adults to bounce on the trampolines with children weighing little more than 2 stone which was the cause of the injury . There was no compassion or empathy shown towards my daughter following the incident and when contacting the park to report the injuries they did not even enquiry as to her welfare and just reminded that a disclaimer had been signed. Warning to all parents that these places are very dangerous to small children.

We visited with another family over Christmas. The children all had a great time. There was not enough space in the coffee area and it was filthy. The staff serving drinks were rude and the manager not much better. I don't expect fantastic service somewhere like this but it failed to meet my reduced expectations.

Took my daughter and friends for her birthday. No problem at all to transfer the booking at very short notice when my daughter was ill on the day of the original booking. Kids loved the experience, loads to do. Really impressed with the extra challenges like the climbing wall (my son won a slushy for beating the 30 second challenge) and the high platforms. Everyone excited at the start, tired and happy at the end. Brilliant :-)

Visited Energi many times and I have so much fun each and every time.

Weekends get busy but you are advised to book and arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your session, which is plenty of time to get through the queue and collect your socks/wristbands. The pricing is very reasonable and you also get to keep your socks for future visits - lockers are free too!

Always arrive to happy staff who seem to enjoy working there. Always really polite and helpful.

The café have a wide selection of hot and cold food&drink. The service is quick and efficient. You can also see right across the whole arena which is a bonus for parents who choose not to join in the fun.

The arena is huge and has various activities around it to keep you entertained. I personally can only manage one hour but children I have taken have been entertained for a full 2 hours!

Definitely the best trampoline park I've been to and will definitely be returning.

Thank you Energi

Over priced for 1 hour then you have to buy their socks !! Not very exciting to be honest the 3 of them were bored after 30 mins !! Won't return and wouldn't recommend due to cost of it how they can charge what they do is scandalous total rip off !! The cafe is a rip off and limited . If you want a cheap time don't go here literally an hour of expense
