Stayed for one night in the new pods - great fun! Clean and comfortable with fantastic shower facilities - heating and hot water! Lovely staff. Pods basic no electric etc but we didn't need it. Easily fit double blow up bed and travel cot. Only comment would be coat hook would be handy especially when wet. Park entry included and... More

Took our 4 year old grandson in the school holidays. He loved it cuddling the chickens and feeding the animals. Favourite thing was the hay bales tunnels and the tractor ride. Will definitely be going back.

Me and a friend visited Bowland Wild Boar Park with our two toddlers in July - and they absolutely loved it! With a variety of outdoor play equipment, ride-on tractors, lamb feeding, chick cuddling, bale climbing/tunnel area, willow den, walks and a round house, plus lots of animals it kept both toddlers entertained for a whole afternoon, and could have... We took our 2 granddaughters to the wild boar park for a holiday treat, what a beautiful setting. It was definitely worth the long drive into the hills! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the animals and park were great. Our girls loved holding the baby chicks and the tractor ride round the park was great fun. Next... More

A little bit off the beaten track but what a little hidden gem!! It's well worth a visit especially with little ones. This place is wonderful it has a very personable, comforting family feel to it and the animals are so well looked after and happy. The staff seem genuinely happy to be there and passionate about what they do.... More

First impressions were good, the location is very nice and Bowland is a beautiful area. Staff on entry were very nice and friendly and indeed the staff we came across in other areas were good also. Entry price seemed reasonable think it was £7.50 each for me and my partner, our daughter who is under 2 was free. My daughter... More

It is a beautiful organised farm with interesting animals especially lovely white lamas. we had lunch in the cafe which was pretty fresh and tasty. The only drawback was there is an old goat with one broken horn who bullied baby goats and doesn't allow them to eat food.

Thanks very much for sharing your thoughts with us! I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visit and hope to see you again soon. Our goats can be a tad greedy sometimes and like to show off a bit in front of people so I will apologize on his behalf! Our animals are all fed first thing in... More

I thought it was quite expensive for it is. The café is especially expensive so taking your own lunch is definitely advisable. Its just OK.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your feedback with us. I am sorry that you found our prices expensive. Our entrance fee is as cheap as we can possible make it to be able to afford the running costs of the park and I'm sure that you'll understand we have many costs to cover, including tons of animal feed, maintenance, electricity... This comment was posted by the park manager in Sep 15: "We are currently doing alot of maintainence jobs around the whole park to spruce the place..." Well, when I visited with my 2 young children nearly a year later it seemed very little maintenance had been done; the playground was damaged and run down to the point of being... More
