Four of us went to see the Adams Family in studio 9.
It was very very loud we all agreed and we all had to keep our winter coats on throughout the film .It was warmer in the foyer .
Won’t be going again in winter that’s for sure

Visited here for the first time.As local cinemas were not showing this tribute to Diana Ross. The Odeon has a coffee venue inside, and food restaurants near by.The staff were very helpful. You could buy drinks and treats before entering the cinema.
Seating is very good.

Went to the odeon with my sister and her two grandchildren, we are both pensioners yet my ticket cost £9.25 , her ticket cost £7.75. Apparently if you attend with a child your ticket will cost £1.50 less than the person you are sat next to ! In my book this is discrimination!! I don’t mind that the odeon have stopped giving concessions for pensioners , what I object to is subsidising people who attend with children. I will not be giving the Odeon £9.25 of my money again, no I will pay Vue £7.99 for any film any day any time and sit in a comfortable chair. In the current era of financial crisis for everyone I think Odeon need to rethink their pricing policy or they will lose clients to the Vue cinema chain.

We've been 4 times in the last month and will be going again next week. We like it, it's perfect for us. There's never any hassle, staff seem well trained and polite, the ticketing, food sales, parking, washrooms and the foyer area are all spot on. The screen sizes and noise levels are just right and the seats are excellent and the Odeon App works great. Like a lot of cinemas it doesn't seem to have got back to it's pre-covid levels which is a shame because they offer a really good, value for money experience.
We've lost a lot of cinemas over the years from our towns, hopefully the Odeon Cinema Group have no plans to close this much loved community asset

After a long drive and seeing a Costa Coffee sign in the Odeon Cinema’s we popped in for a coffee and cheese toasty.
It was very quiet but had a good feel and atmosphere, the guy behind the counter was pleasant.
Food and coffee was just what we needed.

Wow this place is going down hill rapid !!! Went to the first showing of the beast last night and there was 8 people in at the 20.40 screening !!! No wonder though !! 7pm the Costa is shut !!! The toilets were absolutely disgusting in fact the whole place needs a good clean !!! Went to get popcorn before the film to be told “sorry we have turned the tills off” !!! So I won’t be coming here again !!! Vue from now on at least they run it like a business,
If you read this Odeon get your act together or you will be another cinema getting closed down !! You can’t blame this on covid !! It’s a worse disease called laziness

I visited this cinema at the end of October with my mum as a birthday treat. When we went to sit down, we were overwhelmed by the smell of the seats. Multiply the smell of my teenage son’s room by 50 and you’re just about there! It was awful! The seats were also ripped and threadbare, which when you consider the price of tickets, is just not on! I genuinely believe that they posed a health risk.
We moved to the premier seating area in the hope of a more comfortable experience, only to have to keep moving as people had booked these seats...maybe they knew something we didn’t!! 🤮
I subsequently emailed customer services to alert them to the state of their facilities, but received a reply stating they had no plans to return this picture house any time soon.
I would genuinely NEVER go back here, even with a free ticket.

Initially tried to go to the Vue at the Capitol Centre but the screening was sold out. Made the regrettable decision to visit the Odeon at the docks. Nearly a tenner each for a dated venue, a tiny screen in an auditorium that smelt like a teenager’s bedroom in summer and “Premier” seats that are so in name only. The Vue was a sell-out. We were two of only twelve people in the Odeon, which says absolutely everything.
How the place is still in business is beyond me. There’s a reason why the cinema industry is on its backside, and it’s chains like the Odeon who are doing nothing to help themselves. In a world where you can watch movies in luxury seating with quality F&B, six pound nachos and Echo bloody Falls just doesn’t cut it I’m afraid.
Won’t be coming here again.

Might not be the biggest Odéon but it certainly does the job. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with any enquiries, and most importantly it’s very affordable tickets compared to a certain other cinema company. Recommended
