Great place to meet up with old friends, or pop in and chat to new ones! No blaring TV or canned music makes this the perfect place in Preston town centre to grab a locally brewed cask ale, or continental lager or cider. The owner,...More

The choice of ales and lagers is forever changing and always great. Yeah the beardy crowd can sometimes be a bit off-putting but if you can get a seat upstairs where it's nice and quiet then I can think of no better place in town...More

The perfect micro pub..great range of beers, fair prices, comfortable and welcoming, Gary the owner is such a nice man and so helpful. An absolute treasure for Preston, really close to Harris Museum and Art Gallery too..the combination almost makes a trip to Preston worthwhile!

Visited twice last week while working locally. Very friendly, amiable and helpful customers. An offering of seven cask beers all on handles, far more than your average Micro Pub, beer all in top notch condition and sensibly priced too. A real local asset

Called in for a quick drink after hitting some of the other real ale bars in town. This has to be my other halfs favourite. Great ale for him and the added bonus of a group of musicians in the lounge upstairs, including a harp!...More
