Was a birthday gift and I went today 25/2/20. It was fabulous I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.There were 4 of us in total. Was a lovely intimate group. Maz was really friendly ,made you feel so welcome. He explained everything to us . We helped with the dishes. We made 3 dishes and Pilau rice . We were told how you can make various curries from basic spices. You could ask questions there was no rush .We made notes of the recipes . When it was all cooked we got to try it. It was so tasty. We even got to take some home. I would thoroughly recommend this .Worth the money

This is the second time I've done the course, I enjoyed it every bit as much as the first time, picking up a bunch of extra tips on creating a top notch curry. I went with my sister as a birthday present to her & we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, learning the skills to cook an authentic curry at home. Maz is a charismatic, interesting host, there was five of us in total, everyone seemed to really enjoy it - Thanks Maz!!

Had a great few hours with Maz prepping and cooking 3 classic Indian dishes in a proper restaurant kitchen. We made notes on each dish and learnt how we could make them into other dishes with small adjustments or additions. We tried our food and took some home as well. Thanks for passing on your passion and expertise Maz.....I will be cracking on with your tips and advice to improve my indian cooking. All the best Andy

I received the lesson as a present and believe it is one of the best presents I’ve had! Maz is very knowledgeable and gives you all the tips and tricks to make sure you always cook the perfect curries. He begins by finding out what you want to learn and tailors the lessons around you. I made a butter chicken for my girlfriend and she was upset that she got too full and couldn’t eat anymore so I’d say the lessons really pay off!

Myself and a friend had the Best Day ! yesterday at Panchuli restaurant on an Indian curry cooking course with the super friendly, self taught Chef Maz, who is eager to pass on his knowledge, and give loads of tips about how to transform dishes from ie Bhuna to Pathia etc. How to cook the best rice + side dishes. There were 5 of us on the course (lovely group of people) Maz started off getting an idea of the kind of Food, spices that we all liked to eat and what we hoped to gain from the course. Step by step instructions in the kitchen (take a note book & pen) Great to get involved in the prep and cooking! The food we cooked was Delicious! Thanks for the beers too Maz! + extra to bring Home to a very happy hubby! If you’re thinking of booking. Do it, you won’t be disappointed, it’s great value, you will learn loads! Thanks Maz!
