My partner and I were there for her 6 year old party and all the kids had a great time. With about 20 children in the party they had an hour or so playing in the soft play area followed by hot party food (nuggets, pizza etc) and party bags. Not being a local I don't know the other play areas but the general consensus is this is the cleanest and best by some distance.

We go between here & Tiny Terrorz. Tinys is much bigger and has sections for baby play, football, climbing & older kids but is a 10 -15 min drive .. Like Planet as its close but its do small kids are literally stepping on each other & loads of fighting. For us if I need a quick 1 hour time filler I will choose this but I think kids need to be watched more. cramped seating but good tea & coffee will
pop in every now & then

Kids enjoyed it, for the most part. Due to other kids hitting others and throwing things at other children because the parents weren’t watching them ruined it for us... Its quite small so not ideal when busy. Food is reasonably priced. I felt cramped here and for that reason we won’t be visiting again.

So I visited during half term so knowingly knew it would be bedlam! It didn’t disappoint even at 10am opening time it quickly filling up.
I have been before and actually had our little ones party here and no complaints, however this time around it was just filthy! There is dust under the play areas the floor is grubby, toilets were awful!
This is a small soft play so shouldn’t take much to take a hoover around. On my subject of size, so as mentioned it’s small so a little off putting to have such large kids (10yrs plus) in there racing around alongside younger toddlers.
This place can be salvaged, it needs a really good clean and needs to smell clean!, there needs to be an age limit and finally staff and the owners (who I believe were there during half term) need to be polite.

I have been to planet play before however on this occasion the standards have dropped massively. Pungent stale smell as soon as you enter the play area, heaps of dust underneath the equipment where babies and toddlers are playing, some serious amounts of dust I dont understand why this is not vacuumed regularly especially opposite to the area vacuums are stacked up what's the point if they wont be used?? I have seen staff sit idle, regularly vacuum people ever heard of Dyson?

After ordering coffee and food tasted a weird after taste almost puts u off eating near dust and damp smelling environment the owners should seriously address this I mean kids and babies use this equipment at least clean up and make it smell pleasant!

The music??? What's with the hard rnb hip hop garage mixes with reference to drugs and sex I mean sooo inappropriate for toddlers and babies to listen to ever heard of mr. Tumbles?

Nevertheless I have written this review as I would like for the owner to address these issues my kids like playing here but please make it bearable for the parents to sit in and enjoy too. Fix up the dust, food and music please or at least try. Thanks

We had my nieces 2nd birthday party here! It’s so clean and well looked after. The children ranged from 11months old to 10 years old! They all had a fantastic time! We’ve been back since and will be there again soon! The staff are friendly the coffee is pukka! And the prices are incredible! Well done team plant play!

Went to planet play last week and was ideal for our 18 month grandson but the blow air in the soft play area if you look inside it is full of dust and toddlers being toddlers naturally but their face over it which is concern as 1 day later my grandson got a eye infection not saying he caught it from there but be wary about toddlers putting their face over it
Also in the larger area under the slide there is rolls of dust dont think its ever been cleaned under there
Its such a shame as the children really enjoy themselves there
Also the young lad who works there was on his own and run off his feet
But still served us with a smile
