Had a party here for my Daughters 7th Birthday. Overall it was good and the kids enjoyed themselves. My only grumble that at weekends you are paying their "peak" charge, so you don't expect the big drop slide to be closed as there is no...More

Came for my daughters 4th birthday party. Whilst the little ones loved it my 13 year old was not allowed in at all. Apparently insurance only covers up to 12 and over 18. To me for a kids play area that is not good enough....More

We took our grandson there. At first he was overawed by the size of the place but once he had walked around he was happy to explore on his own and really enjoyed himself. We felt that if we had brought along his 10 month...More

I took my children here on the 9th of August, they absolutely loved it (like always) but as a parent I was disgusted. There is no supervision by staff. It is far to over priced, the food is awful and the hygiene of the place...More

I was last here a year ago for my son's birthday. I'm disappointed to see that prices had increased but even more disappointing is the level of filth that we parents have to sit in. There are plenty of tables and seating available but every...More

This place needs a major overhaul it's getting rather pricey and the place hasn't changed at all since it opened the lighting in there is terrible and perhaps the staff should pay more attention to the children rather than playing with their mobile phones
