An exceptionally fine regional museum with collections that comprise a rich and impressive variety of historical objects, fine art and natural history. On site we have a variety of hands on activities and trails for families and a wonderful café for that well earned break. A variety of exhibitions and events take place throughout the year.

Brought the little one here on a rainy day and although he's young he loved the dinosaur and Egyptian exhibits. Very well put together museum with lots of interesting exhibits. Will definitely be coming back.

A lovely small but very diverse museum with such an amazing collection. Took my 3&5 year old nieces and they also enjoyed it too. So much for kids to see and collections are well informed! Well done :)
