Visited Woburn as a group of four for three days in October. Although there had been lots of rain and the course closed for three days, the courses were all in remarkably good condition with not too many wet areas. Played all three courses and all three were excellent. Marquess, Duchess and then Dukes were my 1,2,3. Some fantastic golf holes on these courses but you need to be playing well! Facilities are excellent with good practice areas, good bars, and an excellent pro shop. Plenty of parking too. Staff across all areas were really polite, professional and friendly which helps keep up the great image Woburn has. Worth a visit - we will certainly be back again.

Due to COVID a planned tour to the NW was abandoned so we visited Woburn instead and played the Dukes and the Duchess. All the staff we encountered were polite and professional throughout but the star of the show was the golf courses. We played the Dukes course first and enjoyed it but the Duchess is by far the better golf course and a far tougher test. Let's be clear golf here is not cheap by any means but we hadn't played here so thought we'd play it. Our verdict is that it was well worth the money and a golfing experience not to be missed. In the clubhouse we were unanimous that the club sandwich was simply excellent. Bottom line is every golfer should visit Woburn at least once - just take your A game with you as the Duchess course in particular with 'find you out'. Enjoy

Attended a seminar held at the club. Coffee very average & served in tiny cups. Room too hot. Finger buffet excellent, prawns simply the best. They ran out of hot drinks tho after lunch tho. Had a glass of wine after event which cost £15.50, outrageous!

Dear sandrasJ7894AA We were sorry to learn that when you attended a seminar at the Club recently there several aspects during the day which did not meet up to your expectations. We would welcome the opportunity of discussing these with you particularly with regard to the cost of the wine, which is not a charge we are able to relate to. Please telephone 01908 370356. We look forward to hearing from you.

As a new golf player (just over 1 year playing) I was already terrified playing at such a big course. But seeing the courses in all their glory was stunning. The golf club itself is exquisite and the food we were provided (corporate day) was some of the best I have tasted. We played the marquess course, one of three courses available. After playing on courses around the Yorkshire area and getting used to them, this was a different world. A real challenge for golfers and a must for anyone who has a passion for the sport. Despite flashes of rain it did not hinder the experience and it lived up to the hype. I would recommend visiting the club website where you can see every hole and get tips on what to do/not to do which will definitely help!

Dear MWaldock Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your first experience of Woburn and did not find playing the Marquess course as daunting as you had anticipated. Your kind comments regarding the catering are also very much appreciated. We hope to be able to welcome you back to Woburn, when possibly you might be tempted to play one of our other two courses, the Duke's or Duchess.
