From start to finish every staff member was friendly and helpped with any questions I had.
The venue looks amazing love the circus tent themed building and the track layout is brilliant.

The reception staff are super friendly they recommended hireing a camera and buying our own gloves, really pleased with our gloves super warm and very good quality, the camera footage we got was great we can access it any time we want and show our friends.

The track staff are just as friendly helping us get the right helmet and taking us through the safty info, the karts are brilliant loved how powerful they are and managed to get a great race time of 1:12 beating Tom Cruise time.

We booked for the burger and beer deal, the burgers are amazing really tasty and come with fries well worth every penny and a really great day out.

My 14 year old daughter has been going to Daytona for a number of years now. The facility and Staff are very good. They clearly care about, and are invested in, providing an entertaining and enjoyable experience. There is a strong emphasis on safety and I have found the Staff compassionate, with good procedures in place, which is reassuring. A good entry level to Motorsport, if you want to dip your toe into the sport. You can do as little or as much as you would like. From an 'Arrive & Drive' 20 minute session, to signing up to compete in one or more of the Championships that the circuit runs. All of this without the need to supply and maintain your own Kart, or even race suit and safety equipment. Karting is an expensive hobby, but the manor in which the Championships are run at Daytona, means that the racing is equitable, whether you are new to the sport or an experienced racer. This all makes for a good and social event for all the competitors to have some fun and enjoy themselves.

A fantastic day at Daytona with my 9 year old stepson as he completed the race school. A fun and very well organised day for all the kids involved, containing an informative theory session to teach driving techniques and safety, alongside plenty of track time on the national layout on the main venue circuit.

There wasn’t a long wait before the drivers were able to out on track to familiarise themselves with the karts and track, and to be assessed on their initial levels. It began with a group track walk to detail the layout, and as the day progressed, more and more track time occurred focussing on different skills The instructors went out on track as well to do ‘lead and follow’ teaching to the kids for learning racing lines and braking points. With the theory session (and lunch) completed alongside the track sessions, the day finished with practice race grid starts, a qualifying and finally group races for the drivers to enjoy and put their newly learnt skills into practice.

My stepson got so much out of the day. When we arrived he was so nervous and was contemplating not participating. The staff were brilliant and once he sat in the kart, he never looked back. By the end of the day he was a completely different boy, full of confidence and having such a good time, managing to shave seconds off of his early morning familiarity laps.

I really recommend the Race School, great for kids to learn and have a fun day in itself, with lots of time in the karts and friendly staff. Superb.

I’ve been racing at Daytona MK since starting out 18 months ago at the ripe age of 37. I’ve found it to be a brilliant place for racing as a ‘hobby’, without the costs and time needed for owner kart racing.

There’s plenty of car parking spaces, & from there when signing in at reception the staff have always been friendly, approachable and helpful to any questions. Arrive & Drive practice sessions are good to get used to the karts and track if a novice, and Open Races are good fun to get stuck into actual racing against others. Once confident and up to speed, Daytona runs an in-house championship series that is great to compete in against regular racers and test your developing skills.

The outdoor track itself is a decent length, containing a variety of slow, medium and fast corners, as well as a long back straight. There’s a number of braking zones which can set up some good overtaking. Marshalls are posted at various points around the track to attend to any accidents promptly, as well as overseeing the racing and acting upon any ’unfair’ driving.

The 4-stroke engined Sodi karts are ideal for learning from scratch & gaining racing experience in. For those wanting a touch more speed the 2-stroke engined DMAX karts, with more horsepower and lighter chassis, are an exciting progression.

If wanting to devote a bit of time and money towards honing your driving, tuition sessions are available with one of the skilled staff members, which includes a track walk and private track time with them to analyse and work on your skills. I can say from personal experience that after having tutoring, my knowledge and performances improved greatly. It’s a great way to learn if wanting to take your racing and results a little bit more seriously.

The junior track is also a very accessible way for children as young as 6 years old to experience karting, with the sessions run in as friendly, professional and safe a manner as the senior ones. My 8 year old stepson watched me racing and wanted to try it for himself, & since doing so he’s loved coming back many times. The staff again are friendly with him and he feels happy & comfortable going there, despite not having any previous karting experience.

Overall, in my opinion it’s a great venue to go kart racing and I’m always looking forward to the next race. Fantastic track, great staff and food and drink available on site too. I highly recommend.

A great Saturday spent karting at this exciting and brilliant track. The Dmax karts are absolutely amazing. They were fantastic before but since the new exhausts have been installed, the power delivery is instant making the experience even better! The staff as always were friendly and helpful. I can't recommend enough to have a go in the DMAX if you love karting and have some experience, if not the N35 ST's are a good start to gain some experience before moving up into the DMAX for even more speed and exhilarating fun!

Daytona Milton Keynes...WOW.
After being recommended by a friend, me and a couple of family members decided to give it a try and we wasn’t disappointed.

The whole experience from start to finish was incredible. The staff were on hand to deal with your every need and when it was time to race in the D-MAX karts the build up felt like you were about to race in a competitive race and that’s exactly what it felt like.

The karts are ridiculously fast, yet they feel so safe. The track was incredible, a perfect balance between challenging bends and straights where you can get the full power down from the awesome D-MAX kart.

I will be attending Daytona Milton Keynes regularly from this moment onwards.

I would also like to mention how good the food was. I ordered a cheese burger and chips and admittedly I wasn’t expecting much as at the end of they day it’s a Go Kart venue but again I was shocked as the food produced was far better than most restaurants I have eaten with in the past and at a very affordable price.

Simply one of the best leisure facilities I've ever been to, period. So far I've been twice, once in the Sodi (smaller karts) and once in the Dmax (biggest karts), unfortunately it was raining both times but that didn't distract from the fantastic show the Daytona team put on, and they even gave some tips for the conditions too. Easy to sign up and book online, from the moment you walk in the team make you feel welcome, whether you're a newbie or a regular they cater to your needs as best they can, great selection of food and drink and just a terrific atmosphere all-round too. Excellent for both the casual racers and the more dedicated competitors, there's a huge selection of races and courses for all ages (can't wait to take my nephew when he turns 6). A special mention for the manager there Shane Brown, who is a real hands-on manager making sure everyone is taken care of and having a good time, as well as ensuring the safety and security of the customers. Along with the great team of staff there at Daytona, I really haven't experienced much better elsewhere, they all evidently care about their jobs and the experience they provide. Will be going back for sure (hopefully in the dry this time). Highly recommend!

A friend and I visited Daytona for a DMAX practice session after visiting most indoor London circuits and wanting a change. We came with high expectations and we certainly weren’t let down!!

The karts were completely different to any corporate kart we’d driven in the past, including abroad. The two stroke engine makes an incredible difference and the team have done a fantastic job putting these karts together. It felt much closer to what I’d expect a professional racing kart to feel like in terms of acceleration, speed, grip and the strength of the brakes. Without a doubt the fastest kart I have personally driven after visiting all London tracks and a few outdoor tracks in Spain.

After a couple of laps of getting used to the circuit and kart and warming the tyres you can start to unlock more of the karts potential which is exhilarating. The speed you can gain at certain points of the track, specifically entering corners, enable you to continue to perfect the racing line as the laps go on. What an incredibly fun experience and highly recommended. We will definitely be visiting again.

We originally booked for Saturday but got a call the week before to say we’d have to postpone as they were expecting a delivery of new DMAX karts that had been slightly delayed. The team were very helpful and managed to book us in for the next day. This also enabled us to be one of the first driving newly built karts, they were faultless and well built.

Thank you to the race director and rest of the team!

We booked our two teens on the Junior beginners session. We were admitted to park 15 minutes before our allocated time. Any earlier than this and you will be turned away due to Covid restrictions. Once inside, we were welcomed by friendly staff who checked us in, provided suits and helmets. We had to buy a balaclava per child, but we knew this before we arrived. We were asked if we were alright with the children using their gloves or whether we had our own. We were then given an option to have a camera attached to the children's helmets, so footage of their time on the track could be recorded. This cost £10.00 per child and was well worth it. The footage is clear and has been watched so many times since. Track times are also emailed to you as soon as the session has ended. Our children really enjoyed it and we will definitely visit again and move to the intermediate session.

We booked a teen birthday treat for our son several weeks ago excited for the experience of go karting for the first time.
With storm Dennis this weekend we rang to ask if the venue would still be open to "yes the tracks are still live". With a Non transferable or no refund which we understood on the website.
It wasnt just raining, but extreme windy weather too, we want to change our slot to next week, we were told by what we assumed was the manager who was very arrogant, we couldn't change it at all. After explaining we were not in a race just a 20 minute intro taster as a treat for our sons birthday and wanted him to enjoy a memorable experience the manager was rude and very richious about the policy. No customer service was given as the manager implied the "snowflake generation" which got me more angry with the attitude.
This was a face to face conversation and appalling with the manner and ignorance not to be able to just move our experience to next week. The place obviously runs in all weathers no matter what the situation or individual case is,and my point was it was meant to be a good experience which turned into an unnesccessay aurgement.
We didn't have our slot by choice and left the place never to go back there with the pure greedy manners of the place. You've had our money so stick you racing track. Today's customer service needs to be a little more flexible if you wish to stay in business.
Our local outside karting place in Daventry was closed today so that tells us, they assessed the danger of Health and Safety. We have booked there instead.
Long term it's all about the experience.

Hi sandrah5711, We are sorry that the experience you received at our venue didn’t meet your expectations. We also appreciate that your son’s safety and enjoyment is of the upmost importance to you. It’s also our highest priority as well. We would never put on sessions which put any of our drivers at risk. Yes, the conditions when you came to the circuit were challenging but they were completely safe. When you arrived at the venue, we had approximately 50 juniors driving on our circuits having a great time. We’ve spoken to the venue managers and asked for reports from staff. From our side, the staff have noted a phone call from a lady asking whether the session was still going ahead which our staff confirmed that it was. The staff member at reception has said they were greeted rather abruptly by you in the venue without an introduction but rather you saying that you wanted your son to be transferred to another session the following week. The staff member tried to calmly explain that she could move your son to an earlier session on the same day if it helped (which was a beginner session). She noted that you wouldn’t let her speak and were adamant that transferring your son to a session earlier the same day wasn’t sufficient. Our business model is similar to that of airlines and therefore our policy for transferring drivers to later dates when current sessions aren’t cancelled, is something we don’t allow. We do this for several reasons but most importantly because we’re not able to sell places once they’ve been taken by other drivers. Therefore the manager would not have been able to transfer the session and we can understand how the conversation would have been difficult. It appears you weren’t happy with any of the offers that the team tried to give in order to accommodate you. They actually said, the way you were talking to them, they felt slightly bullied when they were doing everything they could to rectify the situation and the venue manager is sure he didn’t make any derogatory comments to you. We’d be disappointed if any of our customers were disrespected and we would take action. We take our customer experiences extremely seriously but unfortunately on this occasion we wouldn’t have changed the way the situation was handled from our side. Team Daytona
