Our second visit to the centre did not disappoint! Our first visit was in Jan ‘20 for a level 3/4 snowboard lesson, I can’t remember the name of my instructor but he was great. My partner had a slope pass the same length of time as my lesson and also enjoyed using the slope before our trip to the mountain in Feb. Our second visit was just before the second covid lockdown- I had a 1h private advanced lesson followed by a 2h slope pass to practice afterwards. My partner had a 3h slope pass. Unfortunately there was some mixup and I managed to book a lesson that didn’t exist, however the manager was very helpful and found me an instructor that was available 45 mins after my lesson was booked, the restaurant manager (I assume) offered us complimentary food and drink whilst we were waiting for everything to be sorted, and when we came in for a break after my lesson he gave us another complimentary drink. The manager pushed mine and my partners slope passes back to the corresponding times around my lesson which made our day perfect as planned- we had to pay for an extra hour of parking but that was not a problem! My lesson was with the wonderful Marie-Anne, she was absolutely fabulous, took time to see where I was at and instantly analysed what I needed to work on. This made for a very helpful hour, with her listening to what I wanted to get out of the session, and helping me understand where I was going wrong without being patronising. We had a good laugh, and I felt more confident after the lesson. I booked a 2hr lift after as I knew I would be ready after the lesson, Marie-Anne prioritised getting me on the drag lift before the end of my session so I could continue to practice with my lift pass afterwards. After my lesson both the manager and server in the restaurant took the time to ask how I got on, which was a lovely touch. And walking around after a few hours meant I bumped into Marie-Anne again and got to catch up with her, getting some more tips. The perk of having bib-pants that stand out was that another instructor spotted me on the slope and then in the cafe after gave me some tips too! It’s such a lovely atmosphere at the snozone and we cannot wait to get back after lockdown for more snofun! We will be requesting Marie-Anne for future lessons and will be recommending our family and friends to request her in the future too! Marie-Anne if you’re reading this I apologise for spelling your name wrong if I have!❤️

As a nervous beginner, over 50 years old, I've had 4 fab ski lessons with different instructors in the last few weeks - John, Alex, Ovi and Gary. All very patient, clear informative, and I'm making progress beyond what I expected. Slow but sure! They always work at my pace. Great facility and excellent instructors.

Great day out ruined by stupid car parks. You need to guess the right car park or you loose £60. There is one big car park here, some of it owned by Xscape, some of it owned by the council, but it’s not obvious which is which. I parked in the Xscape spaces, and went to pay for the parking. There were two ticket machines back to back, one rejected my card, so I used the other one, less than 1 foot way. Because I did this it has got me a £60 fine. Now after driving 2 hours to get to a place I don’t really fancy playing car park roulette? Do you? I won’t be back.

EmmaBullock123 I am deeply sorry that you incurred a parking fine when visiting us recently. I have brought your feedback to the attention of our landlords who control the car parking at the venue and I have asked them to address the signage issue so our guests are clear on which parking bays they should use. Please email me at mary.mccormack@snozoneuk.com with the details of the parking fine and I will ensure that this is dealt with for you. Kind regards - Mary
