Good play area
Aug 2019 • Family
It's free to enter and has lots of things for the kids to do, plenty of areas to have a picnic on the grass and quite a few staff around.

There was a bouncy castle which was £2 for unlimited turns which was pretty good.

The downside for me was there were too many teenagers lurking in tunnels etc, playing their music loud on their phones and swearing constantly, not good.

Do not send your children for Play Care here.
Jul 2019 • Family
I visited today with my two boys and they had fun.
While I was there I noticed a few concerning issues. One child was wandering around (past two members of staff), upset with one shoe on. The staff were oblivious. Some staff interacted with children, however, the majority of the time, they were sitting together, chatting. I saw one staff member on his phone at least 3 times while walking across the playground, sometimes 'picking up rubbish'. There were no signs telling children not to climb up the outside of the large metal slide, and no members of staff were supervising this or the climbing equipment at the far end of the playground, behind the tall, dense trees. I fear that if something happens, no member of staff would be near enough for a quick response and wouldn't be able to report to parents what happened. It's great for you to go with and supervise your own children, but do not pay for their childcare! I did not see much of the 'childcare' today.

No.1 kids playground!
Aug 2018 • Family
Such a brilliant, safe and well run playground for kids of all ages. Great little cafe too but most people bring a picnic and make a day of it. Fun of play equipment, fun and adventure!

It is ok.

It is not bad & it is not great , it is just ok.

It says what it is on the label. An adventure playground.
My children absolutely love coming here.
They have great climbing activities here for children 8+ however when you have a little one too, there is not a lot they can do.
There is the swings, water/sand area but no climbing frames they can climb on as the big ones are made for the bigger children.

They have a little sensory walk which is lovely.
Tuck shop is great.
Staff do not really pay attention to children even those left in the childminding services.

You can hold your party here which is a great idea. :D

Great play area, plenty for children to do.

When to this playground today, kids had a great time, doesn't cost anything to go in, so a good place to go and take a picnic. Make sure you have towels and change of clothes, as the children won't be able to resist getting wet, as there is lots of water being played with. Do remember to take drinks, as the kiosk is quite small and very busy, sold out of ice creams and closed early.

My kids love this place, they love the cheap crisps and drinks and they love the water feature.
