Nice venue, but when the band started felt far too crowded. Also too loud. 70s band so most of audience were of an age....not necessary to be so loud.

I love it here. The beer choice is epic and the staff are friendly. I keep meaning to go when there's a band on as I hear its a great venue. This will definitely be a regular haunt in the winter

I visited the Flowerpot to see a band. The music venue itself was excellent, but it also seemed to be a great pub in itself. A fantastic selection of beers, and very friendly service. Overall, a really good bar/venue. I hope to return soon.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great idea of having a kitchenette available for late night and breakfast at no additional cost. Brilliant location for city centre and if there happens to be a band or group playing it's a perfect night out.
