Busy tea room

Queued for ice creams only to be told I had to go to a separate queue to then purchase coffees, very busy but nice, well mannered staff. Coffee not wonderful, needed to be stronger.

Good in the beginning

The James Wyatt pub was refurbished to a nice standard. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

There is a good selection of drinks. It's a stereo typical estate pub.

They have stopped serving Sunday lunches, however have ventured into pizzas. They are quite nice.

My only criticism is the fact that you can no longer take pet dogs inside which is a shame as they will lose customers.

What can I say.

Beer is good, staff are friendly and helpful. The pub has had a facelift and looks great

They welcome dogs and walkers.

It has a lively atmosphere and children are most welcome.
