an oasis of peace in the bustling Gloucester quays, stood alone dwarfed by the warehouses, its weather bleached stones standing out against the red brick giants, a little jewel in the crown of Gloucester.

Worth looking in to this cute church which is in the docks area pedestrian zone with a piano you can play. Still active for services.

I found this beautiful little church and was very impressed by the entire building. I didn't take a photo but did purchase a postcard. Next time I visit I may well attend a service here.

If you are in the docks then its worth calling in to get away from the hustle and bustle. Quite interesting and as with most churches, nice and cool on a hot sunny day.

Chanced upon this place which is a small working chapel for seamen in the dock area. Presumably nice to sit in here in quiet contemplation in the summer months.

Lovely little chapel in the docks area. You can sit in here and not be troubled by the hustle and bustle going on outside. Unpretentious and quiet. Well worth taking a few minutes out of the day for a breath of calm here.

a really lovely little church in the middle of Gloucester quays, there is ample parking nearby, it is close to shops and museums, in quiet spot. so atmospheric you can imagine the sailors asking for blessings before they went out to sea
