This pub looks a little rundown on the outside but don't let that put you off!! It's lovely inside and the staff are so friendly. They were serving food on a limited menu, standard pub fayre at a good price. We had a roast dinner here with family and the hosts threw in a free sausage for our dog. There's ample parking here as well as outside seating areas. Out back there's a lovely little garden and we were lucky enough to meet the resident rabbits and ducks including the tiny baby rabbits. Perfect for kids. Lots of Covid19 precautions in place too. Highly recommended. If I lived nearby this would probably be my local.

When I first passed England's Glory I wasn't too sure what to think. It's a very old school pub and I was concerned that perhaps I wouldn't have the best of experiences as I'm not from the area. As it turns out England's Glory was a pleasant surprise, resulting in a trip for a single pint turning into me having around 5 and missing my train. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, good selection of beers and decently priced. Will return soon.
