poor food, slow service, grubby equipment, not offered safety helmets, there should be a limit of the amount of people who can ski at any one time which isn't enforced. Crazy big kids acting stupid, obviously not hot on safety here or any other services!

Excellent place to learn these winter sports in this country without snow! Watch as your confidence grows and you move up the slopes. Ski lift is sometimes tricky but better than the slow airways walk up the side of slope. learners start with the snow...More

Quentin was late by 25 minutes for a one-on-one lesson with my 9 year old son. I have 4 children so I have a busy day and running half an hour late can really cause problems. But Quentin couldn't care less - his apology was...More

Hi John, I have spoken to Quinton about the session and he certainly didn't mean to come across as insincere in his apology. I tried to call you back after you called, but there was no answer. We strive to give great customer service at...More

Learn on dry helps when you get into the wet snow. Positive helpful motivated staff. Nice to learn outdoors as an alternative to the indoor crowded ice slopes. Yes it’s not a 5 star palace but this place has heart and heritage having been here...More

The Service was fantastic and the lesson really worked I got so high in two hours. The people were so kids no to you and if you needed anything they would help you with it.

Although great fun when going down, there is NO powered way to get up the slope. You have to walk up the slippery bristles, dragging your tube behind. Hugely hard work and I only had two goes. Really disappointed. Go to Norwich - it’s powered...More

Really sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the walk up the side of the tubing slope. Our ski slopes have lifts. I hope you come back in the future to give skiing or snowboarding a try.

Took my 11 year old great granddaughter for her first session to get practice for ski holiday. Ambience great and tuition good. Nice cafe, pity it was raining.
