Did a wine taste and tour 11/10/20 had had a lovely morning. Our tour guide was extremely informative and made the experience very enjoyable. We had lunch in the restaurant which was fabulous, with scrummy Tapas and some of the Three Choirs Pinot Noir which was also very tasty. Eating lunch over looking the vineyard was really nice experience.

Visited as a birthday gift. Good tour of the winery, excellent range of wines for tasting, 2 sparkling, 2 white, a rose and a red to finish. Very good dinner , the lamb shank was superb, with attentive staff observing Covid regs. Excellent accommodation in a lodge a short walk through the vines from the main complex. Nice breakfast to start the day, full English and smoked salmon with scrambled egg.

Visited for a wine tasting session and dinner bed and breakfast with older family members. We had been before and really enjoyed it and we weren't disappointed with this visit. A horrible day outside so a log fire in the sitting area of the brasserie was really welcome. The wine tour and tasting was very good - 8 wines tasted. We stayed up near the restaurant in a very comfortable room, with views over the vineyard which I'm sure would be lovely in the summer. In the past we have stayed in the lodge rooms, which are more expensive but set in the vineyard itself - more remote for those who want no phone signal etc. Evening meal was very good with a reasonable menu and breakfast was also very good, with excellent service throughout the stay. We booked on an offer and it proved excellent value for money. If you've never been, then it's certainly worth going and the English wines are really pretty good, if expensive.
