We have never visited this charming little theatre before - so it was nice to see the beautiful decorations, particularly in the foyer. The staff were friendly and helpful. We saw an excellent production - "Golem," by 1927. We are looking forward to visiting this...More

John Bishop was alright, gave everyone a laugh, but the upcoming punchlines were obvious. The theatre is great, normally i go in the circle but will probably choose the stall in future after experiencing them. It's great to be able to experience shows so close...More

A Victorianesque place in the centre of town, the theatre offers a mix of plays, musicals as well as the monthly comedy club. Nice bar inside too. Those who are, like me, quite tall will be more comfortable in stall seats on an aisle.

Lovely theatre and very friendly and helpful staff. We always go to the pantomime & it is great fun and professionally performed.

This is a charming old theatre, very well restored, and as it only holds around 500, has a rather intimate feel about it. Had great views from the Circle for the sold out Danny Baker tour, although I suspect that this would be the case...More

A lovely cosy theatre, with fabulous cherubs and ceiling decorations. A bit of a maze with lots of original rooms. Pity the seats weren't overly comfy, but this is par for the course in an old theatre!

Lovely old theatre. We couldn't decide which film to go and see. While looking around Harrogate we spotted this little theatre and a choice was made. There was a comedy night on that particular date. Three acts and a funny Host. They interacted with the...More

It is well worth taking a tour of this 117 year old theatre. In an hour and a half during the day we were shown around the auditorium, back stage and the dressing rooms. We all felt that we had been given a real feel...More
