This is a lovely little beach, with lots of people walking and wind surfing. They have an annual sand castle building competition which attracts lots of visitors. The town is quaint and only two pubs, but a great place to just relax for a few...More

When I visited this beach they had signs across it that the water was polluted. You weren't supposed to swim in it. Such a shame to have such a lovely beach not looked after.

The part of the beach by the campsite is a little stony and weedy but towards town it is full if golden sand. Lifeguards are on stand for safety and locals tend to park in the beach for various reasons. A good beach to walk...More
