The University of Limerick is a spacious campus close to the city. It is a nice place to walk around. There are several cafes and restaurants open to the public. The Arena has a 50 metre swimming pool which is 'pay as you go' and open to the public. There are often matches or athletics competitions going on around the... More

I was impressed at the accommodation. There was heating in the rooms. The facilities were adequate and neat. The cleaning services were efficient. The price was very reasonable. You can find everything you need at the campus whether it is a gym, a conversation store,,Irish pub and Irish music. Love it! !

A beautiful and peaceful campus especially on a summers morning. Just to walk around the campus viewing the beautiful buildings and art work is so relaxing

A great place to bring your children for a spectacular walk in safe surroundings or a swim, particularly over the weekend or in Summertime when it is quiet. The olympic sized pool is a good one for all ages of children, particularly if they are swimmers but non-swimmers are also catered for. They also do school tours so it has... More

Incredible University campus with green field space between the most interesting and beautiful buildings. The campus provides stunning walks, littered with ancient trees, beside the river or on paths winding between buildings. The 'living bridge' a pedestrian bridge over the river links the Clare and Limerick sides of the campus and provides places to sit on the bridge, chat, watch... More

Beautiful buildings, amazing ancient trees and beautiful Plassy. UL mixes the modern and the ancient perfectly. There are some incredible walks either along by the river or through the beautiful manicured grounds or across the living bridge. Stop off at the Pavilion café for a well earned break. You may be lucky enough to see a great match being played... More
