I have to admit, we probably only visited here because we got it as part of our hotel package, but it was interesting, especially if you like bird wildlife. the boat trip was nice and our guide was very interesting also. There is a cafe and souvenir shop, which is handy. You can also hire pedalo's, was a bit of... More

The wetlands centre is opposite the Aquadome in Tralee and a fun place to visit. Tours are available but for kids it's the activities on offer that are of interest. Spent a morning here with kids who later rated it as the highlight of their visit to tralee. There is a climbing wall, boat hire and water zorbing on the... More

A nice relaxing place to spend the day. Interesting talk about the regional faun and flaura. Held the attention of 8 year olds. Then time spent zorb ING meant the day passed quickly.

We didn't have time to try out the climbing wall much to the disappointment of the kids. Guided tour of wetlands was well done and interesting, beginning with a video and an exhibition, then a boat trip through reed beds and... More

The location is very nice, but go elsewhere for food. The food was re-heated, previously cooked. The roasted dinner of lamb was full of gristle. The chicken was so chewy, it was inedible and I left most of it behind, the vegetables which accompanied the roasted dinners were bland and tasteless, the broccoli was half raw. It cost €41.00, and... More

We were told that this attraction cost over 5 million euros.I can't see where the money went. But i do see how they are trying to get it back.I found the Wetlands very expensive. We are family of 4 and It costs us 130 euros for a little over 2 hours. This included.Admission.Zorbing for 2(twice)2 rowing boats.climbing wall(3)Small snack in resturant.
