We arrived here on our first day of our holiday in Co. Kerry. We already had planned most of our holiday but after speaking with the lovely ladies at the tourist office, we had many more options to choose from. They provided us with maps and most welcome directions around the town. They were very friendly and helpful.

The staff here are fantastic, so helpful and friendly. We stopped on Tralee and needed local knowledge of restaurants etc, their suggestions were perfect for what we needed, I recommend for people who don't know the area.

Stopped in to see what all was available for visiting. Great folks, full of tips, information, and acted as if no question was too dumb or petty. Enjoyed sharing stories and a laugh. Good place to begin my walking tour of the area.

Came here early one morning looking for a particular map. They didn't stock the map but guided me to a bookshop where I was able to purchase the item. The member of staff was very helpful and gave me lots of useful info and brochures to help with my journey. Many thanks

The office was in the back part of the Museum at the end of Denny St. Mary was extremel helpful, gave me info for my next adventure, booked a B&B (which was first class) and all with a happy personality and 'no problem' attitude. Set me up for a great day.
