Did 2 tours - Ring of Kerry and Gap of Dunloe. Both were amazing places, but the people running them were ok, and in some instances rather rude. You definitely got the feeling that they were over it all, as we all can be with our jobs sometimes. Strongly encourage doing seeing these sites, and Deros will tick the box.…

Thank you for your review and we note that you joined two of our tours.Your review has been noted and we disagree when you state – “You definitely got the feeling that they were over it all”. Our staff are extremely helpful in making the tours enjoyable, safe and Covid friendly. The Driver noted that on the return from Ross Castle after the boat trip you took offence when he asked you to wait outside the coach while he assigned seats to a group of passengers who had travelled together and had been on this particular coach earlier in the day. This measure of showing passengers to their seat is due to social distancing on the coach arising from Covid which we adhere to the regulations on our coaches as you had also witnessed on the departure earlier on the day. You did not wait and entered the coach without being assigned your seat. I am sorry that you thought the Driver was “over it all” but he was merely doing his job and keeping passengers safe under the circumstances.

16th July. We were lucky enough to get onto Dero's 1st post lockdown tour of the ROK. By chance we texted the mobile number advertised on their shop front the previous evening and they texted back telling us they would know by 9am if they had sufficient numbers for the tour. Before the evening was over they texted to say it was going ahead. We were picked up promptly by our Driver/Guide Murt. He was a mine of information and was light hearted in sharing it with us. Some guides are like school teachers reciting facts but Murt told stories. I learnt so much in those few hours. I used Dero's back in the mid 90s and now they are associated with CIE Tours International. As a flight attendant mostly on USA flights our passengers always speak very very highly of CIE tours. I will definitely be telling them in the future to include Dero's tours while in Killarney and ask for Murt. 5 Star Rating *****…

Our group had a wonderful time exploring the Ring of Kerry with our guide, Ray. He was informative, warm and so funny. He made the Ring of Kerry much more interesting than if we were to drive it by ourselves. Not to mention he answered any and all of our questions along the way. Ray went above and beyond to make our day a memorable one - he even made two stops that aren't usually on the tour, Torc Waterfall and Valentia Island! If you are looking for a safe and run Ring of Kerry experience, I would recommend Ray with Deros Tours in a heartbeat.…

As reviews go they don't get a lot better than this one. Thank you so much for your excellent comments - we are very appreciate of them. It is true that by doing a tour it makes it more interesting than driving around by yourselves. Thanks again so much , and we hope & trust that the rest of your Irish holiday went off just as well. We hope we might welcome you back to us in the not -too- distant future.

Michael gave an excellent tour despite the poor weather. He was informative without being too chatty. The tour had some nice stops. Had the weather been good I would have liked to linger at a few more views but the road itself has too few stops for coaches. Off season is the best time to visit. It is clogged worth traffic all summer. Paying 5 euros a head for the front seat paid off on a rainy day seeing through the windshield. I woould do the tour again on a sunny day.…
