Pros: Trainers are very professional and helpful, the view on the prom and the sea from the gym is stunning, and prices are decent. Also, there is a sauna and many classes are included in the membeship. Cons: the showers are often lukewarm.

Used to go to Leisureland often as a child so was curious, and a little nostalgic, to return this summer. Price before 9.30 is great value. The pool is great and this early morning was quiet...at one point there were only two of us doing lengths! Families started to come in a little later...a great place for the kids (... More

Great afternoon with grandchild in Leisureland. As the child was under 3 years we used the toddler facilities. He loved especially the saucers and the faster the better. It was a joy to see his delight as he approached the fast corner turns. He enjoyed the independence of driving the buses himself. It was great to see his joy when... More

Good swimming pool with big slide and kids obstacle course inflatable after 2pm. Not cheap, but stay a while to get value for money. A good rainy day choice.

We visited here on a busy Sunday. Great spot for all ages. There was an inflated obstacle course for the kids in the water which they loved.

Visited the Amusements in Salthill with my daughter and two grandchildren. Was a nostalgic trip as went there every year when children were small. OMG....the staff, with only one exception, seemed bored, bad mannered and bordering obnoxious. I was so disappointed. Am sure they are not getting top dollar.....but this is not acceptable. The prices were inflated and not worth... More

The only such attraction in Galway/Salthill Leisureland looks like it's not really trying and doesn't have to. In sore need of an upgrade its facilities are very dated, 80s-style water features, dull lighting and colours, cramped changing cabins, one solitary fast slide for older kids with queue, and a limited cafe, I'd recommend this only as there is no alternative...
