We were delighted to see his smiling face again, and so impressed that he remembered our names, too. Highly recommend this company and, if you can, ask for Maurice. First time coming to Dublin and he was in communication with us as soon as we landed, took me and my family around like we’ve known him for years. Took us to our hotel in the city and gave a great local tour on the way. Stayed in touch and booked him on the way back as well. Both drivers were polite and reliable. I especially enjoyed the conversations I had with one of the drivers--Pete Ryan. He got me to the airport in plenty of time even though there was something on the road that caused a detour. I can't speak highly enough about this experience. From the moment I met Paul, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and total professionalism. I was the first to be driven in a brand new Mercedes-Benz which was more comfortable than my business class flight. Paul was very lovely to speak with, I really felt looked after from start to finish. I will certainly be using the service again. I am very grateful and would have paid more for such a pleasant experience.

Initially we had a hiccup with the arrival flight number. That was no fault to this company at all. They were quick to respond when we got off the plane and called. Oue driver was there waiting and very apologetic.
Morris (sorry if I misspelled your name) was seriously the best driver! Very knowledgeable, informative, entertaining and accommodating. You are missing out if you don't get the opportunity to have him as your driver!

I travel through Dublin Airport a fair bit and because Ryanair gates are so far from the bag drop off I choose to avail of the OCS Mobility Assistance. I have been taken in a wheelchair from the drop off area through duty free to the Ryanair gates. On other occasions I have walked through Duty Free and then availed of the OCS "golf cart" to take me to the relative boarding gate. On my last trip through the airport I also availed of the "hoist" to get onto the plane. On my return I used the hoist and a wheelchair, then I was speedily taken through Customs and out to a coach for my onward journey to Galway. I can't praise this service at Dublin Airport enough.

This business is NOT reliable. Do NOT use!! They give you an hour after flight lands but they were calling us 30 minutes after our flight landed threatening to leave us at the airport. The driver argued with me regarding the timing. Once at the hotel he got our stuff out of the van and left us on the side of the road - didn’t help us into the hotel (note we had a 6 year old and a 1 year old in tow). Pickup was even more of a disaster. We had to call them twice wondering where our car was. They sent a driver to the airport and not to the hotel so they called a private taxi driver to pick us up. However, they gave him the wrong name so we were staring at each other for 15 minutes not realizing we were for each other. Then someone from airport collections called the hotel and rudely told us the driver was there and we needed to go outside (per paperwork driver supposed to come in). Finally they give the taxi driver the right name and he nicely squeezed us in his car because it was way too small for all of us. Kudos to the taxi driver - he really helped get us to the airport speedily. I emailed airport collections about my grievances and they did not respond so I am here to prevent this happening to anyone else. Very rude and unprofessional

I booked this company via the normally good Holiday Taxis for a return airport transfer from Dublin Airport. Booking this way costs a little more than regular taxis but normally worth it for airport meet and greet convenience and all paid for in advance for budgeting. Our flights were all on time and there was no changes by us.
The inbound transfer driver was not present as we arrived at the terminal 1 arrivals coffee shop meeting point. Although the company was good on informing us of a delay, this delay was 30 minutes. I could have got to Dublin by other means in that time. No reason given for this delay.
The outbound airport transfer requires us to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the stated collection time. We was there. The driver arrived 20 minutes later than the collection time, 35 minutes after we had started to wait. Reason of heavy traffic given on this occasion, not good enough when the company has had lots of notice and plenty of experience of Dublin rush hour traffic. The answer is to leave earlier to collect your customers between the times you request your customers to be ready and the given collection time. Again, the company was good at calling to notify of a delay but this time the shambolic customer service announced that they “are allowed to be 15 minutes late”. The company turned up and attempted service recovery by providing a toll road route upgrade but by then I was very unhappy with how we had been treated.
I would avoid this company at all costs, especially if you need to be somewhere on time. Oh, and don’t forget that you must be there early but they are “allowed” to be late.

I arranged a minivan pickup in Budapest airport from the U.S. about one week ahead of our flight time. For two couples with six pieces of luggage total. We were greeted by an individual holding a sign with my name (amongst others) on exit with our baggage, There was a small two person "crew" there, one person collecting people, and as they came they removed and replaced names using a "wipeoff" sign, another logged us into a spreadsheet, making calls with drivers. We waited only a few short minutes for our friendly driver, who picked us up in the exact vehicle matching the picture of the type we booked on the website. We had a quick uneventful ride to the airport in jetlagged comfort, and we were delivered to our hotel in fine fashion, the driver helping us with our luggage. We did tip our man, 10 US for the 4 of us. Summary: Reliable, efficient, value for dollar, convenient to pay ahead. It was quite obvious that many others had arranged service using airport collections at that time, and we will defintitely use this service again.

I paid for this service through Expedia as part of a package. It was private service to and from the airport to my hotel (on arrival and departure days).
On arrival they was not waiting on us, we had to call and was told someone was on the way. Almost 45 min after arriving in Dublin, our driver arrived.
On departure was terrible! We called after 20 minutes of waiting, and yes we had confirmed with them the day before. They said someone was on the way. 15 more minutes go by we call again, only to be told the driver was there. We were sitting on the hotel staircase outside (it was a small boutique hotel) so no one was there. We called again and was told they had just talked to the driver and he would be there any minute (but you said he was already here?). After asking how we would be reimbursed since we was going to have to call a taxi, to make sure we didn't miss our flight, we was hung up on!!! We noticed that a van had his lights on about 6-8 cars up the street, my niece walked up there to see if maybe that was our ride ... sure enough it was. THEY GUY WAS ASLEEP IN THE CAR!!!! He had been there the whole time and the dispatcher said they talked to him several times and he was on his way. THEY LIED!!!!!!!!!!
We knocked on the glass and woke him up ... he didn't seem to be too apologetic either. After he dropped as at the airport he kind of stood there as if I was going to tip him. HAHAHA! I don't think so!
We tried calling back the service to vent but they would not answer. Guess we was being screened.
We made our flight but by the time we got through security, exited the VAT system and waited in customs ... we made our flight as they was boarding.
I would not use this service again if they paid me. I had zero issues with the Free Now Taxi system and when I return, I will just use that to call a ride. It would have cost the same and less hassle.

After 24 hours of traveling it was a welcome relief to have a signboard with our name to greet us and shepherd us to a parking lot to capture a taxi. Our expectation was a nice car service and certainly not a block or so from baggage claim dragging our bags. Perhaps this is the only area for pick ups as we did not see the taxi rank. The other advantage there was no waiting in a taxi rank which could be a long time. Given our age, it was a simple way to get to the hotel but a regular taxi would have been probably half the price or use the bus service.

How will we know which shuttle is for us? Will they hold up our names?
Yes of course a driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with your name facing forward on a board. Sometimes the arrivals hall is full of people so important you scan carefully
