Poor service, Sat evening 7pm, bar was not busy. We were not acknowledged while waiting to be served and then when served gin and tonic, it was presented in a 'couldn't care less fashion'. No lemon/lime, not a gin glass, for the price I would expect a bit more. We both went to bar separately and got the same treatment. Very disappointing start to our evening. ..Ladies toilets filthy, no toilet paper, floors littered so we didn't stay for food. I don't normally write critical reviews but this was a disappointment 😔

Food was delicious service very quick and efficient. I had steak that was juicy. My group ordered fish and chips , burger and chicken Caesar salad. Salad was fresh and crisp. Enjoyed the experience

Found this pub after we left the zoo thinking it looked nice and had good menu. Unfortunately that's where the compliments end. Food was pretty much cold. Kids that wont eat a b uh roger and chips when it comes is a bad sign. I would not recommend.

We were told about this place when we were riding in a cab from the airport to the Ashling Hotel. We were impressed with the food and staff and the decor was very interesting. Stair case from Trinity College and so many antiques displayed everywhere.

Stayed up in Dublin for a weekend getaway & popped into Nancy Hands for a bite to eat.Was recommended the Chicken Burger with hot sauce!it was delicious. Great spot to watch the rugby too!Thanks Aiden we had a great time.

Great Find!

Staff were fantastic, was a two minute walk from our hotel and was great for a bite and a pint. Food was tasty and they had a nice kids menu too which was perfect after a morning walk in the park. All safety measures in place too which was reassuring.

Nancy's Shenanigans Irish show

My wife and I brought my mother to the show last Thursday . We had a wonderful time , every aspect of the show was entertaining , from the traditional Irish music and dancers to the bread making and Irish coffee demonstration . The food was delicious and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anybody , tourist or local .

Visited several times recently on a short break in Dublin whilst staying at the Ashling Hotel. Live music some evenings which is great, staff are all friendly, beer is great as is the food!
Definitely worth a visit!

Service and food is second to none

If you want to experience the full Irish welcome then go to nancy hands , nothing is too much trouble . I stopped off for some lunch earlier . I'm an awkward eater and their special of the day was "Philly steak sandwich with Chips and a pint of your choice for 12 ! Me being awkward asked was it possible to have chicken instead of steak ? No problem ! I don't like chips so was offered champ or salad , I chose the champ and I don't drink beer so was offered an alternative on that also . Now if that is not perfect customer service I don't know what is . Staff are really friendly ,evaan ( apologies if I spelt it wrong ) was really accommodating , nothing was too much trouble , and to top it off food was fab . Will defo be back . Have to mention Dominic the manager who gave any one that came in the door a taste if the Irish charm !!

Great Atmosphere

This pub has a great cozy atmosphere to relax for a drink and/or dinner. There are some really old furniture items that are impressive. The overall feel of this place is perfect for an Irish pub, plus the service was very good. It would be easy to settle into this place for a while.
