About Dublin Literary Pub Crawl
The pub, the poet and the pint. In Dublin, they seem to be inseparable. The public house is where writers sharpened their wit. This two hour walking tour is led by a team of professional actors who follow in the footsteps of James Joyce, Samuel Beckett, Oscar Wilde, Brendan Behan and many others. You will hear renditions of prose, verse, drama and song from Dublin's literary hall of fame. The evening is packed with entertainment and also includes a quiz with prizes for the winners. As one critic wrote: 'A highly enjoyable evening that gives you the pleasant notion of replacing brain cells as you drown them'. Check our website for further details and to book online.

Loved our three hours on this informative and entertaining pub to pub walk. It kicked off our two week trip after arriving from the US at 6:00 AM. Besides iconic pubs we visited Trinity College and Molly Malone’s tart with the cart statue. Book early. It fills quickly as it should.

Funny, interesting and full of pints: The Literary Pub Crawl in Dublin was one of the highlights of our vacation. Finn and Frank told stories of the pub scene of Dublin as well as of the most prominent literary figures of the country. If you like pubs and/or literature and/or just having a good time this is perfect for you.

These talented individuals were very entertaining for this literary pub crawl. We were taken through 4 pubs and the Trinity college as they recited the literary works of many poets and authors.

If Irish literary and cultural history intrigues you, you love good stories, lively story-tellers, and enjoy walking urban sights, look no further. Frank and Finran were our most excellent guides and entertainers on a lovely pub crawl through Dublin and Irish literary history. No dry as dust monologues on the topic. More like a mobile performance distributed among 4 pub stops and Trinity College, taking inspiration from famous Irish writers, the theater and Dublin's pub culture. We loved it, and would highly recommend.
