After booking months ahead of time, getting a confirmation 1 week ago, and planning our first day around this meeting, we get there and no ambassador/volunteer showed up! Not a very friendly welcome to the city. If they can’t find reliable volunteers, stop the program!!...More

This was a very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone. When you don’t have much time and plan your days though you can not reliant that this tour takes place. In fact the annulation was send 1 hour before the appointment.

How was this free?! 'City of a Thousand Welcomes' was the warmest reception we got in Dublin, which is a high bar if you've ever been here. We had already been charmed by the staff at our BnB and at the Guinness Storehouse, so to...More

Joe took us to tea at lovely historic Merrion Hotel, and even used vouchers to buy our tea! Meet a Dubliner was really a free volunteer service which is rare in my experience. He shared a bit about his life and things to do in...More
