My husband and I were booked to go on this tour 22nd October 2011. We had booked online, however at the last minute left the page thinking we would book later. (no payment was made) We received an automated email thanking us for our booking. We emailed a week out to ask if our booking still stood and is cash payment on the day would be acceptable. We had no reply, sent another email and yet no reply. Calling the number on the website goes to voicemail and no calls are returned. We will now book the tour through another company. Thank you for the warnings, we are very lucky to have escaped with our cash!!

My Friend and I booked online for the giants causeway tour. Although our credit card was charged we did not receive a confirmation or tickets. So I tried to call them - no answer. I emailed them - no answer. For three days I tried to get in contact with them and on the Friday before the tour some girl called me back and said she would look into our booking and get back to me within 30 min. she did not get back to me, so after 3 hours I kept calling them again and texted (as she had called me from a UK mobile number) as well - no answer again, and this was the day before the tour! That afternoon we had decided just to go to the pickup point for the tour without tickets the next morning, after all they had charged our credit card. That same night (night before the tour) at 8:30pm however we received a text from that UK mobile number saying: "Apologies. We have discovered an error within the booking system. Unfortunately, your tour was not booked. We have issued a full refund and have arranged for voucher per person to take part in a future tour with us for free. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Irish Molly Tours" Since then we have NOT received a refund, a voucher or any communication from them -this is now more then two weeks ago. They do not answer their phone, emails or text messages. We are now considering to take legal action against them, I would be interested to hear if anyone else had trouble with them, please email me! The most disappointing is that this was my friends last weekend here in Ireland as she was only visiting from the US and they have ruined our trip as we couldnt book anything else on short notice! I would advise anyone to stay away from them!

You'll not find a lot of information on Irish Molly Tours on the internet. I know the reason why - they don't exist. My husband and I waited around 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. for a Giant's Causeway tour that never arrived. There was another couple stranded as well. Calling the telephone number led to a wrong-number dial tone, they never replied to my direct e-mail, and have not responded to my complaint communication via Paypal. When we asked other tour-wranglers about the company, not one had ever heard of them. Stay away. We took a different tour (Extreme Ireland) the next day and had no problems.
