the kids loved the playground albeit small but vey well kept the park was kept clean overall and very well utilised, the local community obviously takes care of the park and makes great use of the park

Great safe place for children to enjoy and play kept beautiful and very clean.. ♥️ So Sad to see young people smoking their drugs! It’s just so unfair on innocent people having to sit in the beautiful park looking at this..... otherwise I don’t have...More

A nice respite from the hustle and bustle of Dublin, near Parnell St, so if good weather you could grab a bite and have a picnic. Clean and family friendly.

Stopped here to kill some time before we went back to the hotel to leave. The park is fairly large considering it is in a city. There were some unsavories sat on the floor smoking. When we went to the play area we had this...More

We discovered this small Square on our way from our hotel (the excellent Croke Park) to O'Connell Street. It hasn't got the grandeur of Merrion Square but it offers enjoyment and relaxation for locals and visitors alike.

A bit run down - which is a shame because with a little TLC it could be restored to a grander square like its counterparts on the south side of the city.

A run-down Georgian square with a park in the middle, best known as a land mark for reaching Croke Park, otherwise don't waste your time. If you want a view of Georgian buildings in Dublin well Mountjoy Square is not recommended.
