A Stench filled hellhole

The building is beautiful, Architecturally speaking that is. Otherwise a hell hole of noise, more noise and scrofulous scrotes slinging around outside. For the main Bus Station... read more

This is hands down one of the most disgusting and low maintenance places I've ever come across, from missing information leaflets to an outdated and falling down interior to one of the most horrendously foul smells I've ever come across in the male toilets. A lot of people should be sacked for the way this building looks and smells, zero... More

I believe this is a listed building and very little work can be done to it. However basic cleaning would be nice the toilets are so disgusting I felt ill after using them. If you stand and look into any of the corners there is no way that they have been touched by any cleaning apparatus for many years. No... More

Got quite upset this morning in busaras after a bus driver was extremely ignorant and unhelpful. However a supervisor named Aaron noticed i was stressed out and went completely out of his way to help me. He changed my experience in busaras this morning from really bad to really very pleasant. I hope he is really appreciated. I have used... More

Previously reviewed this using lots of rude language, deservedly. But it was shot down. To summarise, compared to the much more modern, cleaner and throughly more lovely Connolly station, this place is a travesty. The toilets. They're like a third world toilet. Use it to pass through, do not hang around here.

Horrible place to be in, looks like it's going to fall apart anytime and on top of that, I go to buy a ticket to a place past Galway (everyone is directing me to Busaras) and the clerk basically stares at me with no solution even telling me "that's my problem". Worst customer service I have ever seen. I wouldn't... More

The building is beautiful, Architecturally speaking that is. Otherwise a hell hole of noise, more noise and scrofulous scrotes slinging around outside. For the main Bus Station in Dublin and the gateway to the rest of Ireland it would be nice not to have it twinned with the seventh circle of Hell. The staff do their best in the cesspool... More

This place looks like it has not been decorated since it was built. The entrance could really do with a power wash. The whole place feels dirty to me. Toilets have blue lights so hard to see, would only use if really needed. The lockers don't look safe. can't think of anything nice to say about the place

I must say it had been quite a few years since I had last been to Busaras. However yesterday I went from Derry to Dublin on the bus for a quick visit and decided to use the toilets in the terminal. I was so shocked at how grotty and dirty they were. This is really unacceptable for a Capital city.... More

Inter-city Travel in Canada is brutal - $40 or more in the Ottawa - Toronto corridor, while to go a comparable distance (Dublin to Galway or Cork) is $12. We were floored at the cost! The buses are way nicer than anything we have, and maybe I'm not acclimatized to European travel, but it was a wonderful experience. The station... More
