For an excellent cheese shop right in the city center, Sheridan’s can’t be beat. It’s truly a pleasure to visit and relish good Irish cheese! Try the Irish aged Gouda. The Gubeen salami is excellent as well. Can’t wait to return.

OMG. You don't even have to be a cheese fanatic, but if you are...Sheridan's Cheesemongers is phenomenal. And what a great, helpful, friendly staff. Together we had so much fun trying different cheeses and talking cheese talk. Cheese heaven. YES cheese!

As part of the Fab Food Trail tour, we popped in here. Leo the cheesemonger explained the cheeses, Irish made produce and we tried them. Lovely display of cheese - it does smell of cheese!

This small cheese shop has focused on serving the best cheese available - including some fantastic Irish gouda. We tasted it and other cheese while we were here, thanks to the Fab Food Trail tour. The cheesemonger told us that currently there are 50-60 cheesemakers...More

Ireland is celebrated for whiskey, words and stout. Its gastronomy was long disparaged and has only, of late, been given fleeting acknowledgement for quality. But dairy has long ruled in a land that cows must surely believe heaven. Sheridan's celebrates Irish cheese in a tiny...More
